【摘要】：目的研究腎移植術(shù)后患者呼吸道感染現(xiàn)狀及危險因素,為實施干預(yù)措施提供依據(jù)。方法采用前瞻性調(diào)查的方法,對某三級教學醫(yī)院腎移植手術(shù)患者的醫(yī)院獲得呼吸道感染進行目標性監(jiān)測,分析其危險因素。結(jié)果共調(diào)查腎移植患者383例,發(fā)生呼吸道感染47例,感染率為12.27%。單因素分析結(jié)果顯示,患者呼吸道感染與患者的性別、年齡、住院時間以及伴隨其他手術(shù)關(guān)系密切。多因素分析結(jié)果顯示,患者性別和住院時間是呼吸道感染發(fā)生的獨立影響因素。結(jié)論腎移植術(shù)后患者呼吸道感染發(fā)生率較高,患者性別與住院時間構(gòu)成獨立危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the present situation and risk factors of respiratory tract infection after renal transplantation. Methods A prospective investigation was carried out to analyze the risk factors of nosocomial acquired respiratory tract infection in patients undergoing renal transplantation in a tertiary teaching hospital. Results A total of 383 cases of renal transplantation were investigated, 47 cases of respiratory tract infection occurred, the infection rate was 12.27%. Univariate analysis showed that respiratory tract infections were closely related to sex, age, length of stay and accompanying surgery. Multivariate analysis showed that gender and length of stay were independent factors of respiratory tract infection. Conclusion the incidence of respiratory tract infection after renal transplantation is high. Sex and length of stay are independent risk factors.
