杭州市大氣氣溶膠與心腦血管病急性發(fā)作關(guān)系的空間流行病學(xué)研究

【摘要】: 目的: 為了了解心腦血管疾病急性發(fā)作是否與時(shí)間、地理因素和大氣氣溶膠有關(guān),研究杭州市大氣氣溶膠的時(shí)空分布及其相關(guān)因素,描述杭州市監(jiān)測(cè)人群心腦血管疾病急性發(fā)作的時(shí)空聚集性,探索大氣氣溶膠與心腦血管疾病急性發(fā)作之間的關(guān)系。 方法: 大氣氣溶膠的時(shí)間分布采用空間統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)中的自相關(guān)分析和kringing插值法,大氣氣溶膠的相關(guān)因素采用自回歸滑動(dòng)平均模型,心腦血管疾病的空間分布采用空間統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)中的Kringing插值法,心腦血管疾病的聚集性采用回顧性重排模型,大氣氣溶膠與心腦血管疾病的關(guān)系采用交互相關(guān)分析和時(shí)間序列Poisson回歸模型。有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的空間統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)中的自相關(guān)和Kringing插值法采用DPS 9.50數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng),回顧性時(shí)空重排模型分析采用SaTScan 7.0.3統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件,其它統(tǒng)計(jì)分析采用SPSS 16.0 for Windows統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件,以雙側(cè)α=0.05為檢驗(yàn)水準(zhǔn)。 結(jié)果: 杭州市大氣氣溶膠(aerosol optical depth,AOD)在時(shí)間分布上具有一定的周期性;在滯后96天、383天、479天、766天、1149天和1532天內(nèi)呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,即趨同的趨勢(shì);在滯后191天、287天、574天、957天、1340天和1723天內(nèi)呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,其它沒有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 杭州市AOD在居民區(qū)域較高,在有山或有水區(qū)域AOD較低;不同月份的AOD分布也不相同。 AOD與次日AOD存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系(t=39.531,P=0.000);AOD與相對(duì)濕度(t=3.700,P=0.000)、SO_2(t=-3.064,P=0.002)、NO_2(t=2.148,P=0.032)以及滯后一日的NO_2(t=-2.769,P=0.006)存在關(guān)聯(lián),而與溫度和云層無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)關(guān)聯(lián)。 In order to understand whether acute episodes of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are related to time, geographical factors and atmospheric aerosols, the spatial and temporal distribution of atmospheric aerosols in Hangzhou and related factors are studied. Method:
The temporal distribution of atmospheric aerosols is based on autocorrelation analysis and Kringing interpolation in spatial statistics.
