【摘要】：目的分析遼寧省2006-2015年流動人口結(jié)核病患者相關資料,為掌握本省流動人口結(jié)核病流行病學特征,探索更合理的防控措施。方法收集整理2006-2015年全省各市的結(jié)核病患者病案信息,對流動人口結(jié)核病患者的相關特征資料進行分析。結(jié)果 2006-2015年遼寧省共登記流動人口患者8 369例,各年流動人口患者占總登記患者比例整體呈上升趨勢(χ~2趨勢=112.90,P0.001);省間流動患者占流動人口患者總數(shù)的74.53%;發(fā)病年齡集中在15~44歲青、中年人群;68.07%流動人口患者集中在大連,但沈陽(χ~2趨勢=122.55,P0.001)、鞍山(χ~2趨勢=11.51,P=0.001)所占比例呈逐年上升趨勢;職業(yè)以家政家務及待業(yè)為主且呈上升趨勢(χ~2趨勢=498.41,P0.001);患者來源方面中因癥就診患者所占比例上升較為明顯(χ~2趨勢=141.85,P0.001)。結(jié)論流動人口患者流行病學特征更加分散,可通過擴展宣教范圍、健全跨區(qū)域管理制度,加強健康篩查,增加參保率、給予激勵政策等措施來加強結(jié)核病防控。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the data of tuberculosis patients in floating population of Liaoning province from 2006 to 2015, and to explore more reasonable measures to prevent and control tuberculosis in floating population in Liaoning province. Methods the medical records of tuberculosis patients from 2006 to 2015 were collected and analyzed. Results from 2006 to 2015, 8 369 cases of floating population were registered in Liaoning Province. The proportion of floating population in total registered population showed an overall upward trend (蠂 ~ 2 trend: 112.90, P 0.001), interprovincial floating patients accounted for 74.53% of the total number of floating population, and the onset age was concentrated in 150-44 years old. 68.07% of the floating population were concentrated in Dalian, but the proportion of Shenyang (蠂 2 trend was 122.55P 0.001) and Anshan (蠂 2 trend was 11.51% P 0.001) was increasing year by year. The occupation mainly consisted of domestic work and waiting for work (蠂 ~ 2 trend: 498.41%, P 0.001), and the proportion of the patients with symptoms increased more obviously (蠂 ~ (2) trend was 141.85% P 0.001 ~ (-1). Conclusion the epidemiological characteristics of floating population patients are more dispersed. The prevention and control of tuberculosis can be strengthened by expanding the scope of propaganda and education, improving the cross-regional management system, strengthening health screening, increasing the rate of participation in insurance, and giving incentive policies.
