【摘要】：目的了解國(guó)際消毒學(xué)研究現(xiàn)狀與熱點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域,為消毒學(xué)研究與學(xué)科發(fā)展提供參考。方法計(jì)算機(jī)檢索2006-2015年P(guān)ubMed收錄消毒學(xué)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),提取主題詞等信息,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)方法、書目信息共現(xiàn)分析系統(tǒng)(BICOMB)、圖形聚類工具包(gCluto)進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量分析。結(jié)果共檢出發(fā)表的有關(guān)消毒學(xué)論文4 468篇,相關(guān)高頻主題詞70個(gè),共詞聚類分析發(fā)現(xiàn)高頻主題詞聚類為7個(gè)類別,發(fā)文量居前3位的國(guó)家分別是美國(guó)、英國(guó)和荷蘭,中國(guó)位列第6位。研究熱點(diǎn)包括光照消毒、食品消毒、生物膜消毒、消毒副產(chǎn)物、醫(yī)院感染控制中消毒和醫(yī)療器械消毒和酸性氧化電位水等。結(jié)論通過(guò)對(duì)消毒學(xué)領(lǐng)域的文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)分析,可了解消毒學(xué)研究方向及其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,供消毒學(xué)研究參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation and hot field of disinfection research in the world, and to provide reference for the research and development of disinfection science. Methods the relevant documents of disinfection were searched by computer in PubMed from 2006 to 2015, subject words and other information were extracted. The bibliometric method, the bibliographic information co-occurrence analysis system (BICOMBG) and the graphical clustering toolkit (GCluto-) were used to carry out the bibliometric analysis. Results A total of 4 468 papers and 70 related high frequency thematic words were published. The cluster analysis showed that there were 7 categories of high frequency thematic words, and the top three countries were the United States, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. China ranked sixth. The research focuses include light disinfection, food disinfection, biofilm disinfection, disinfection by-products, disinfection in hospital infection control, disinfection of medical instruments and acid oxidation potential water. Conclusion through the bibliometrics analysis in the field of disinfection, we can understand the research direction and present situation of disinfection science, and provide reference for the research of disinfection science.
