【摘要】：目的分析銅川市2003-2015年乙肝的流行病學(xué)特征,為銅川市乙肝防控提供科學(xué)的理論和實(shí)踐依據(jù)。方法用描述性流行病學(xué)方法,分析不同年齡、性別、職業(yè)、地區(qū)、時(shí)間等流行病學(xué)特征。結(jié)果 2003-2015年銅川市共報(bào)告乙肝病例13 718例,年平均報(bào)告發(fā)病率為126.26/10萬(wàn),發(fā)病率呈下降趨勢(shì);乙肝占法定傳染病報(bào)告病例數(shù)的百分比逐年減少;流動(dòng)人口較多的王益區(qū)乙肝報(bào)告發(fā)病率高于其他縣區(qū);10歲以下人群乙肝報(bào)告病例數(shù)最少,且報(bào)告發(fā)病率呈逐年下降趨勢(shì),但60歲以上年齡組報(bào)告發(fā)病率呈上升趨勢(shì);男性的報(bào)告發(fā)病率(141.04/10萬(wàn))高于女性(110.40/10萬(wàn));農(nóng)民、工人占乙肝報(bào)告病例數(shù)的60.00%。結(jié)論銅川市乙肝報(bào)告發(fā)病率呈逐年下降趨勢(shì),尤其是小年齡組發(fā)病率的下降幅度更為明顯,占法定傳染病報(bào)告病例數(shù)百分比也呈逐年明顯減少,表明乙肝疫苗接種為主的防控措施取得了明顯效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hepatitis B in Tongchuan for 2003-2015 years, and to provide scientific theoretical and practical basis for the prevention and control of hepatitis B in Tongchuan. Methods descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of different ages, sex, occupation, area and time. In the last 2003-2015 years, 13718 cases of hepatitis B were reported in a total of 13718 cases and the annual average reported. The incidence rate was 126.26/10 million, the incidence of hepatitis B was decreasing, the percentage of HBV reported cases decreased year by year, the incidence of HBV reported in Wang Yi District was higher than that of other counties, and the number of HBV reported cases under 10 years old was the least, and the reported incidence rate was declining year by year, but the age group over 60 years of age was reported. The incidence of disease was rising; the incidence of male reported (141.04/10 million) was higher than that of women (110.40/10 million); farmers and workers accounted for 60.00%. of the number of cases of hepatitis B report. The incidence of hepatitis B reported in Tongchuan was declining year by year, especially in small age groups, which accounted for the percentage of reported cases of legal infectious diseases. Also showed a significant reduction year by year, indicating that hepatitis B vaccination based control measures have achieved significant results.
