【摘要】：目的了解重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室(ICU)手術(shù)患者多重耐藥菌(MDROS)感染現(xiàn)狀及危險(xiǎn)因素,為預(yù)防與控制MDROs感染提供參考依據(jù)。方法通過回顧性調(diào)查和目標(biāo)性監(jiān)測,對(duì)某醫(yī)院ICU手術(shù)患者M(jìn)DROs的感染情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)測,分析相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)果該醫(yī)院ICU共收治患者5 081例,包括手術(shù)患者859例和非手術(shù)患者4 222例。手術(shù)患者中發(fā)生MDROs感染268例,感染率31.20%;非手術(shù)患者中發(fā)生MDROs感染1 069例,感染率25.32%。MDROs感染與神經(jīng)外科、胸外科、骨科等科室的手術(shù)及APACHEⅡ評(píng)分分值高(≥21分)有密切關(guān)系,構(gòu)成MDROs感染的主要危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論 ICU手術(shù)患者M(jìn)DROs感染率明顯高于非手術(shù)患者,應(yīng)將高�？剖沂中g(shù)患者作為MDROs感染重點(diǎn)防控對(duì)象,采取必要的預(yù)防控制措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status and risk factors of MDROS infection in patients undergoing ICU operation in intensive care unit (ICU), so as to provide reference for prevention and control of MDROs infection. Methods by retrospective investigation and objective monitoring, the infection of MDROs in patients undergoing ICU operation in a hospital was monitored and related risk factors were analyzed. Results there were 5 081 cases of ICU in this hospital, including 859 cases of operation and 4 222 cases of non operation. There were 268 cases of MDROs infection and 1 069 cases of MDROs infection in non-operative patients. The infection rate of 25.32%.MDROs was closely related to the high score of APACHE 鈪，
