【摘要】：為了解重慶市某酒店會(huì)議室CO中毒事件發(fā)生經(jīng)過及原因,采用流行病學(xué)和衛(wèi)生學(xué)調(diào)查、實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測等進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果顯示,20名患者的臨床癥狀均符合CO中毒表現(xiàn),現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測發(fā)現(xiàn)CO濃度超標(biāo),會(huì)議室鍋爐排煙管道上穿,且空調(diào)無新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)。提示該事件為急性CO中毒,建議調(diào)查中盡可能做實(shí)驗(yàn)室診斷,并加強(qiáng)公共場所排煙管道的合理布局。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the occurrence and causes of CO poisoning in a hotel conference room in Chongqing, epidemiological and hygienic investigation and laboratory tests were used to analyze the results. The results showed that the clinical symptoms of 20 patients were in accordance with the symptoms of CO poisoning. Field monitoring found that CO concentration exceeded the standard, the exhaust pipe of conference room boiler was pierced, and the air conditioning had no fresh air system. It is suggested that laboratory diagnosis should be made as far as possible in the investigation, and the rational layout of smoke pipes in public places should be strengthened.
