【摘要】：目的了解寧波市某區(qū)醫(yī)院消毒質(zhì)量,分析主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,評(píng)價(jià)其整體消毒質(zhì)量和管理水平。方法通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查和采樣檢測(cè)方法,對(duì)該區(qū)26家不同級(jí)別醫(yī)院2010-2013年醫(yī)院消毒質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)。結(jié)果從26所醫(yī)院共采集不同對(duì)象標(biāo)本2 430份,消毒質(zhì)量平均總合格率為96.3%。三級(jí)、二級(jí)和一級(jí)醫(yī)院消毒質(zhì)量平均合格率依次為97.7%、96.3%和95.7%。26所醫(yī)院2010-2013年度消毒質(zhì)量合格率依次分別為96.0%、97.6%、95.6%和96.1%。壓力蒸汽滅菌器滅菌效果合格率為99.2%,醫(yī)務(wù)人員手和室內(nèi)空氣消毒合格率偏低,其他監(jiān)測(cè)對(duì)象平均合格率均達(dá)到95%以上。結(jié)論該區(qū)醫(yī)院消毒質(zhì)量總體較好,醫(yī)務(wù)人員手和室內(nèi)空氣消毒應(yīng)作為重點(diǎn)管理對(duì)象進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the disinfection quality of a district hospital in Ningbo, analyze the main risk factors and evaluate its overall disinfection quality and management level. Methods the disinfection quality of 26 hospitals in this area from 2010 to 2013 was monitored by field investigation and sampling. Results A total of 2 430 samples were collected from 26 hospitals and the average qualified rate of disinfection quality was 96. 3%. The average qualified rate of disinfection quality in the third, second and first grade hospitals was 97.763% and 95.70.26%, respectively. The qualified rate of disinfection quality in 26 hospitals in 2010-2013 was 96.0% and 96.6%, respectively. The qualified rate of sterilization effect of pressure steam sterilizer was 99.2. The qualified rate of hand and indoor air disinfection of medical staff was low. The average qualified rate of other monitored objects was over 95%. Conclusion the disinfection quality of hospitals in this area is good in general, and medical staff hand and indoor air disinfection should be taken as the key management object to further strengthen the management.
