【摘要】:目的研究過氧化氫低溫等離子體滅菌失敗的原因,探討相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施,提高滅菌成功率保證無菌物品的質(zhì)量。方法統(tǒng)計醫(yī)院2011年10月-2013年12月使用低溫等離子體滅菌的情況,對滅菌失敗的可控因素及不可控原因進(jìn)行綜合分析。結(jié)果共滅菌2 930艙,滅菌成功2 815艙次,滅菌失敗115艙次,滅菌失敗率為3.9%;其中化學(xué)監(jiān)測指示物變色不合格100次、屏幕顯示過氧化氫量不足1次、真空Ⅰ期及真空Ⅱ期超時各4次、真空Ⅲ期超時及生物監(jiān)測不合格各3次。結(jié)論多種因素均能影響過氧化氫低溫等離子體滅菌的成功率,重視細(xì)節(jié)和環(huán)節(jié)質(zhì)量管理,均能有效提高過氧化氫低溫等離子體滅菌成功率,降低滅菌成本,節(jié)省滅菌時間。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the causes of failure of hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilization, and to explore the corresponding improvement measures to improve the success rate of sterilization to ensure the quality of aseptic products. Methods from October 2011 to December 2013, the controlled factors and uncontrollable causes of sterilization failure were analyzed.
