【摘要】：目的研究消毒供應(yīng)中心(CSSD)金屬器械滅菌包重量與擺放對(duì)壓力蒸汽滅菌干燥效果的影響,為實(shí)際工作中建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的工作規(guī)程提供依據(jù)。方法選擇金屬器械包裝成兩組,分別為:A組不超重包和B組超重包,每組再分類為不重疊、重疊,試驗(yàn)運(yùn)行共20爐次;滅菌前對(duì)各類滅菌包進(jìn)行稱重,將兩組各類待滅菌包平放在同一爐次進(jìn)行滅菌,完成后2min內(nèi)取出滅菌包并稱重,待滅菌包冷卻后檢查包內(nèi)外潮濕情況,比較各類滅菌包在不同重量、不同擺放方式下的滅菌干燥效果。結(jié)果 A組不重疊包裝時(shí)干燥度試驗(yàn)合格率為100.0%,重疊包裝時(shí)干燥度試驗(yàn)不合格率為55.0%,濕包發(fā)生率為45.0%;B組不重疊包裝時(shí)干燥度試驗(yàn)不合格率為65.0%,濕包發(fā)生率為60.0%,重疊包裝時(shí)干燥度試驗(yàn)不合格率為100.0%,濕包發(fā)生率為100.0%,各組滅菌包的滅菌干燥效果比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論超重、重疊器械包對(duì)壓力蒸汽滅菌干燥有很大的影響,明顯降低了滅菌干燥質(zhì)量,建立科學(xué)的工作質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和操作規(guī)程、做好人員培訓(xùn),對(duì)提高滅菌質(zhì)量非常重要。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the influence of the weight and placement of sterilizing bag on the drying effect of pressure steam sterilization in CSSD, so as to provide the basis for the establishment of standardized working rules in practical work. Methods Metallic instruments were packed into two groups: group A was not overweight and group B was overweight. Each group was classified as non-overlapping, and the test was carried out for 20 heats, and all kinds of sterilizing bags were weighed before sterilization. The two groups of different kinds of sterilizing bags were put flat in the same furnace for sterilization. After completion, the sterilizing bags were taken out and weighed in 2min. After cooling, the damp conditions inside and outside the bags were checked, and the different kinds of sterilizing bags were compared in different weights. Sterilization and drying effect under different placing methods. Results the eligible rate of dry degree test was 100.0in group A, the unqualified rate of dryness test was 55.0 in overlapping packing, the rate of dry degree test in group B was 45.0, the unqualified rate of dryness test in group B was 65.0, the rate of wet package was 60.0, the weight of wet package was 60.0. The unqualified rate of drying degree test and the incidence of wet package were 100.0 and 100.0.The results of sterilization and drying of each group were compared. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). Conclusion the overweight and overlapping instrument packs have a great influence on the pressure steam sterilization drying. It is very important to improve the sterilization quality by establishing the scientific working quality standard and operating procedure and doing the personnel training well.
