【摘要】：目的觀察自制管道清洗刷在清洗乳頭切開刀中的效果。方法用兩組不同清洗方法清洗乳頭切開刀,A組為酶洗+超聲清洗+干燥,B組為酶洗+自制管道清洗刷刷洗+超聲清洗+95%酒精干燥。通過目測法、懸掛法、活菌數(shù)檢測法比較兩組清洗效果。結(jié)果經(jīng)目測法檢測乳頭切開刀清洗效果合格率分別為94.4%和98.9%;懸掛檢測法檢測清洗效果合格率92.2%和97.8%;活菌數(shù)檢測法檢測清洗效果合格率為86.7%和100%。結(jié)論自制管道清洗刷在清洗乳頭切開刀中清洗效果良好,建議臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of self-made pipe cleaning brush in cleaning nipple incision knife. Methods two groups of different cleaning methods were used to clean papilla incision knife. Group A was treated with enzyme washing ultrasonic cleaning and drying group B with enzyme washing self-made pipe cleaning brush washing ultrasonic cleaning 95% alcohol drying. The cleaning effects of the two groups were compared by visual test, suspension method and live bacteria detection method. Results the qualified rates of cleaning effect of papillary incision knife were 94.4% and 98.9 by visual test, 92.2% and 97.8% by suspension method, 86.7% and 100% by living bacteria test method respectively. Conclusion the cleaning effect of self-made duct cleaning brush in cleaning papillary incision knife is good, and it is suggested to be popularized clinically.
