【摘要】：目的觀察一種對(duì)氯間二甲苯酚消毒液的殺菌效果。方法采用懸液定量殺菌試驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)該消毒液的殺菌效果及其影響因素進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)觀察。結(jié)果用濃度為165 mg/L的對(duì)氯間二苯酚消毒液,對(duì)懸液內(nèi)金黃色葡萄球菌和大腸桿菌分別作用5 min和10 min,平均殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值均5;用濃度為500 mg/L的對(duì)氯間二苯酚消毒液,對(duì)懸液內(nèi)白色念珠菌作用10 min,平均殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值5。在10℃~30℃溫度范圍內(nèi),隨溫度降低,對(duì)氯間二苯酚的殺菌效果明顯降低。結(jié)論該消毒劑對(duì)細(xì)菌繁殖體和真菌具有良好的殺滅效果,但其殺菌效果受環(huán)境溫度影響明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the germicidal efficacy of a p-chloro-m-xylenol disinfectant solution. Methods suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the germicidal effect and its influencing factors. Results the average killing logarithm of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in suspension was 5, 5 and 5, respectively, with the sterilizing solution of p chloro-m-diphenol at the concentration of 165 mg/L, and the disinfectant of p-chloro-m-diphenol with the concentration of 500 mg/L.
