【摘要】：目的分析人類腸道病毒71型(EV71)基因特征及流行病學(xué)信息。方法用生物信息學(xué)軟件對(duì)來自13個(gè)國(guó)家、中國(guó)的17省、直轄市不同時(shí)間內(nèi)分離的270株EV71病毒VP1區(qū)基因序列進(jìn)行分析,計(jì)算不同毒株的核苷酸差異率以及基因型/亞型內(nèi)部、之間的同源性,構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)發(fā)生樹,分析流行病學(xué)信息。結(jié)果 270株病毒可分為3個(gè)基因型(A、B、C型),B型和C型又各可分為5個(gè)亞型;其中A型只有3株,B型和C型占了98.9%。不同毒株的核苷酸差異率為7.1%~25.9%,不同基因型之間的核苷酸差異率為23.0%~25.9%。同時(shí)從發(fā)生樹中發(fā)現(xiàn)一些區(qū)別于B型和C型的"孤兒株"。結(jié)論同一地區(qū)可以出現(xiàn)某種基因型/亞型流行很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間,同一時(shí)間內(nèi)可以出現(xiàn)不同的基因型/亞型在某地區(qū)流行,具有明顯的時(shí)間和地域流行特點(diǎn)。"孤兒株"的發(fā)現(xiàn)為EV71的不斷進(jìn)化以及具有基因多態(tài)性提供了證據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the gene characteristics and epidemiological information of human enterovirus 71 EV71. Methods the VP1 gene sequences of 270 EV71 virus strains isolated from 13 countries, 17 provinces and municipalities of China were analyzed by bioinformatics software. The nucleotide difference rates and genotypes / subtypes of different strains were calculated. A phylogenetic tree was constructed and epidemiological information was analyzed. Results 270 strains could be divided into three genotypes: Agna B and C, respectively, and only 3 strains of A accounted for 98.9% of them. The nucleotide difference rate of different strains was 7.1and 25.9.The difference rate of nucleotide between different genotypes was 23.0and 25.9. At the same time, we found some "orphan plants" which are different from B type and C type from the phylogenetic tree. Conclusion A certain genotype / subtype epidemic can occur in the same area for a long time, and different genotypes / subtypes may occur in a certain area at the same time. The discovery of orphan strains provides evidence for the continued evolution and genetic polymorphism of EV71.
