【摘要】：目的了解遼寧省青年學(xué)生艾滋病流行特征,為對(duì)該人群開(kāi)展科學(xué)干預(yù)提供依據(jù)。方法收集艾滋病綜合防治信息系統(tǒng)中2011—2015年遼寧省青年學(xué)生數(shù)據(jù)和2011—2015年國(guó)家級(jí)青年學(xué)生哨點(diǎn)的遼寧省監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)信息,計(jì)算該人群艾滋病知識(shí)知曉率、高危行為發(fā)生率等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 2011—2015年遼寧省共報(bào)告青年學(xué)生病例403例,占當(dāng)年報(bào)告總數(shù)的構(gòu)成比分別為4.66%,3.6%,3.52%,3.79%,5.49%,呈逐年增加趨勢(shì)(χ~2=4.799,P0.05)。青年學(xué)生病例中同性傳播358例,占報(bào)告病例的88.83%。2011—2015年青年學(xué)生艾滋病總知曉率分別為77.66%,69.18%,80.36%,88.13%,90.30%,呈逐年上升趨勢(shì)(χ~2=307.43,P0.01)。青年學(xué)生有過(guò)性行為的比例,2011—2015年依次為10.53%,6.46%,5.51%,6.45%,5.91%,逐年下降(χ~2=30.79,P0.01)。2014年檢出HIV陽(yáng)性2例,均通過(guò)男男性行為感染。結(jié)論遼寧省2011—2015年報(bào)告青年學(xué)生艾滋病病例逐年增加,男男同性傳播是主要的傳播途徑。青年學(xué)生艾滋病知曉率有所上升,發(fā)生性行為的比例有下降趨勢(shì)。部分學(xué)生有商業(yè)性行為和同性性行為發(fā)生,存在感染和傳播艾滋病的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the epidemic characteristics of AIDS among young students in Liaoning Province and to provide evidence for scientific intervention. Methods the data of young students in Liaoning Province from 2011 to 2015 and the monitoring data of national sentinel sites of young students from 2011 to 2015 were collected in the Integrated AIDS Prevention and Control Information system. The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge in the population was calculated. High risk behavior incidence and other indicators. Results A total of 403 cases of young students were reported in Liaoning Province from 2011 to 2015, accounting for 4.66% of the total reported cases in that year. There were 358 cases of same-sex transmission among young students, accounting for 88.83% of the reported cases. The total awareness rate of AIDS among young students from 2011 to 2015 was 77.66 and 69.18, respectively. The rate was 80.360.36 and 88.138.130.300.30, which showed an increasing trend year by year (蠂 ~ 2 307.43) (P 0.01). In 2011-2015, the proportion of young students who had sexual intercourse was 10.53 and 6.46 and 5.51 respectively, and the number of young students was 5.91, which decreased year by year (蠂 2 / 30.79 / P 0.01.2014). Two cases were positive for HIV, all of them were infected by male sex. Conclusion AIDS cases among young students in Liaoning Province increased year by year from 2011 to 2015, and male male transmission was the main route of transmission. The rate of AIDS awareness among young students has increased, and the proportion of sexual behavior has declined. Some students have commercial sex and same-sex sex, there is a risk of infection and transmission of AIDS.
