【摘要】：目的觀察一種衣物消毒洗衣露的殺菌效果及其毒性,為實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用懸液和載體定量殺菌試驗(yàn)和毒理學(xué)試驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)該衣物消毒洗衣露殺菌效果和毒性進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果用含苯扎溴銨860 mg/L的衣物消毒洗衣露作用2.5 min,對(duì)懸液內(nèi)大腸桿菌和金黃色葡萄球菌殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值均5.00;對(duì)白色念珠菌殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值均4.00。在同樣條件下,該衣物消毒洗衣露對(duì)載體上大腸桿菌和金黃色葡萄球菌作用2.5 min,對(duì)白色念珠菌作用5 min殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值均3.00。該衣物消毒洗衣露對(duì)小鼠經(jīng)口急性毒性試驗(yàn)LD50值均5 000 mg/(kg·bw),對(duì)小鼠骨髓嗜多染紅細(xì)胞微核試驗(yàn)結(jié)果為陰性,一次接觸動(dòng)物完整皮膚刺激性試驗(yàn)結(jié)果為無(wú)刺激性。結(jié)論該衣物消毒洗衣露對(duì)細(xì)菌繁殖體和真菌具有良好的殺滅效果,屬于實(shí)際無(wú)毒級(jí)物質(zhì),對(duì)完整皮膚無(wú)刺激性。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the bactericidal efficacy and toxicity of a clothing disinfectant laundry lotion and to provide scientific basis for its practical application. Methods suspension and carrier quantitative germicidal test and toxicological test were used to study the bactericidal efficacy and toxicity of the clothings disinfectant laundry lotion. Results the logarithmic values of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in suspension were 5.00 and 4.00 for Candida albicans. Under the same conditions, the disinfectant laundry lotion was exposed to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on the carrier for 2.5 mins and to Candida albicans for 5 min. The LD50 values of the acute toxicity test on mice were 5 000 mg/(kg BWN, but the micronucleus test results of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes in mice were negative, and the irritation results of one contact with the intact skin of animals were no irritation. Conclusion the disinfectant laundry lotion has a good killing effect on bacteria and fungi. It belongs to non-toxic substance and has no irritation to intact skin.
