【摘要】：目的了解無錫市門診就診腹瀉病例中主要腹瀉病毒感染情況。方法連續(xù)一年逐月采集無錫市腹瀉監(jiān)測哨點醫(yī)院門診腹瀉病例的糞便樣本,采用實時熒光PCR方法對收集的樣本檢測諾如病毒(NV)、輪狀病毒(RV)、腸道腺病毒(EADV)、札如病毒(SPAV)和星狀病毒(ASTV)的核酸,分析病原構(gòu)成和季節(jié)分布變化。結(jié)果 291份腹瀉樣本中,共檢出目標病毒核酸陽性79份,總檢測陽性率為27.1%,陽性率由高到低依次為NV 15.5%、RV 8.2%、ASTV2.1%、SPAV 1.0%、EADV 0.3%。NV全年各月都有檢出,其中GⅡ型占88.9%(40/45),GⅠ型占11.1%(5/45)。這些病毒感染有明顯的季節(jié)特征,基本表現(xiàn)為冬春季發(fā)病高峰的特征。結(jié)論無錫地區(qū)冬春季節(jié)腹瀉中病毒性感染值得重視,目前以NV和RV為主,同時,應(yīng)加強監(jiān)測優(yōu)勢型別的變化。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of main diarrhea virus (CDV) infection in outpatients with diarrhea in Wuxi. Methods fecal samples of diarrhea cases in outpatient clinic of sentinel hospital in Wuxi were collected month by month for one year. The nucleic acids of NVV, RV, EADVV, SPAV and ASTVV were detected by real-time fluorescence PCR, and the pathogen composition and seasonal distribution were analyzed. Results of the 291 diarrhea samples, 79 were positive for target virus nucleic acid, and the total positive rate was 27.1and the positive rate was NV 15.5and RV 8.2in turn.
