【摘要】：目的建立生物熒光法檢測醫(yī)院環(huán)境衛(wèi)生消毒標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值及其應(yīng)用價值。方法通過醫(yī)院環(huán)境表面現(xiàn)場標(biāo)本采集和ATP生物熒光法檢測,同時與細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)法作平行比較,以建立ATP生物熒光法檢測醫(yī)院環(huán)境表面消毒衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值。結(jié)果將醫(yī)院Ⅰ~Ⅳ類等4種不同區(qū)域表面采集的標(biāo)本經(jīng)ATP生物熒光法檢測的RLU值和細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)法檢測的菌落數(shù)進(jìn)行比較,二者存在相關(guān)關(guān)系。確定Ⅰ~Ⅲ類環(huán)境中醫(yī)務(wù)人員手和物體表面的RLU值依次為7與55;44與103;170與216。結(jié)論本研究確定了該醫(yī)院4類環(huán)境中手和表面細(xì)菌數(shù)范圍,并確認(rèn)ATP生物熒光法與細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)法結(jié)果一致,建議醫(yī)院臨床開展衛(wèi)生學(xué)監(jiān)測中可參考本研究得出的RLU標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a biological fluorescence method for the detection of disinfection standard value of hospital environmental hygiene and its application value. Methods ATP biofluorescence method was used to detect the hygienic standard value of disinfection of hospital environmental surface by collecting samples from the field of hospital environment and comparing it with bacteria culture method in order to establish a ATP biofluorescence method to detect the hygienic standard value of disinfection of hospital environment surface. Results the RLU values measured by ATP biofluorescence method and the bacterial colony number detected by bacterial culture method were compared between the samples collected from four different areas of hospital such as class 鈪，
