【摘要】：正麻醉喉鏡是直接與病人口咽部粘膜、唾液有時(shí)甚至是血液接觸的侵入性操作器具,如清潔及消毒方法不當(dāng),容易對(duì)病人的呼吸道有刺激,可能引起使用病人之間發(fā)生交叉感染�，F(xiàn)在使用的麻醉喉鏡多為重復(fù)性使用的喉鏡片,一般分為光纖喉鏡片和非光纖喉鏡片,光纖喉鏡片耐溫、耐濕,使用壽命長(zhǎng),性能好,但價(jià)格貴。我院現(xiàn)在使用的均為光纖喉鏡片,平時(shí)麻醉喉鏡片只用碘伏棉球擦拭、生理鹽水沖洗后使用,且使用頻繁。高壓滅菌及消毒液侵泡消毒
