【摘要】：目的分析2012-2015年石家莊市境外輸入性瘧疾流行情況,為制定有針對(duì)性的瘧疾防控對(duì)策提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法收集2012-2015年石家莊市境外輸入性瘧疾疫情資料,對(duì)感染瘧原蟲(chóng)蟲(chóng)種、人群特征、感染來(lái)源、發(fā)病及診治情況等進(jìn)行描述性分析,對(duì)感染不同種類瘧原蟲(chóng)病例的發(fā)病-初診、初診-確診、發(fā)病-確診時(shí)間分別進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 2012-2015年石家莊市共報(bào)告境外輸入性瘧疾病例92例,其中來(lái)自非洲國(guó)家88例(惡性瘧占53.41%),來(lái)自東南亞及其他地區(qū)4例(間日瘧占50%)。從病例的分布地區(qū)看,除外籍2例、安徽籍1例外,其余89例病例分布于河北省6個(gè)地市的28個(gè)縣(市)區(qū)。病例的職業(yè)以出境務(wù)工的青壯年農(nóng)民工為主,占90.22%。從發(fā)病到就診時(shí)間中位數(shù)為1 d,從就診到確診時(shí)間中位數(shù)為5 d。病例報(bào)告單位以消除瘧疾國(guó)家級(jí)哨點(diǎn)醫(yī)院石家莊市第五醫(yī)院為主,占72.83%。42.39%的病例初次就診時(shí)被診斷為其他疾病。所有病例均為實(shí)驗(yàn)室確診病例,均得到規(guī)范的抗瘧治療。結(jié)論石家莊市境外輸入性瘧疾病例逐年增多,且以惡性瘧為主,建議進(jìn)一步建立本地醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)與出入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫部門的長(zhǎng)效合作機(jī)制,及時(shí)、有效地處置輸入性瘧疾病例,避免重癥病例或死亡病例的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the prevalence of imported malaria in Shijiazhuang city from 2012 to 2015, and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of malaria control strategies. Methods data of imported malaria from 2012 to 2015 in Shijiazhuang City were collected, and the infectious species, population characteristics, source of infection, incidence, diagnosis and treatment of malaria parasites were analyzed. First-diagnosis-diagnosis, onset-diagnosis time were statistically analyzed. Results from 2012 to 2015, 92 cases of imported malaria were reported in Shijiazhuang, including 88 cases from African countries (53.41% falciparum malaria, 4 cases from Southeast Asia and other regions). According to the distribution of cases, except for 2 cases of foreign nationality and 1 case of Anhui nationality, the remaining 89 cases were distributed in 28 counties (cities) of 6 cities in Hebei Province. The occupation of the cases was mainly young migrant workers who left the country, accounting for 90.22. The median time between onset and diagnosis was 1 day and 5 days. The main unit of case reporting was the Fifth Hospital of Shijiazhuang City, the National sentinel Hospital for Malaria Elimination, accounting for 72.83% of the cases and 42.39% of the cases were diagnosed as other diseases at the first visit. All cases were confirmed by laboratory and were treated with standard antimalarial therapy. Conclusion the number of imported malaria cases in Shijiazhuang is increasing year by year, and falciparum malaria is the main disease. It is suggested that the long-term cooperation mechanism between local medical and health institutions and entry and exit inspection and quarantine departments should be established to deal with imported malaria cases in a timely and effective manner. Avoid serious cases or deaths.
