50%殺螺胺乙醇胺鹽懸浮劑滅螺效果評價

【摘要】:目的評價50%殺螺胺乙醇胺鹽懸浮劑的實驗室和現(xiàn)場殺螺效果。方法在實驗室和現(xiàn)場采用50%殺螺胺乙醇胺鹽懸浮劑浸殺、噴灑法滅螺,并與50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺鹽可濕性粉劑進行效果比較。結果室內(nèi)浸殺,50%殺螺胺乙醇胺鹽懸浮劑24、48 h和72 h LC_(50)值分別為0.092 6、0.062 9 mg/L和0.054 9 mg/L;室內(nèi)0.25 mg/L浸殺24、48 h和72h,釘螺死亡率均為100%;室內(nèi)噴灑,0.25 g/m~2 3 d后釘螺死亡率即可達100%。江陵現(xiàn)場,除0.5 g/m~3浸殺24 h釘螺死亡率為96.67%外,其余濃度組釘螺死亡率均為100%。公安現(xiàn)場,0.5 g/m~3及以上濃度組浸殺釘螺2 d后,釘螺死亡率可達100%;江陵現(xiàn)場,0.5 g/m~2噴灑1、3 d和7 d后釘螺死亡率分別為87.5%、92.82%和97.40%。公安現(xiàn)場,0.5 g/m~2噴灑1、3 d和7 d后釘螺死亡率分別為85.94%、86.78%和94.21%,且1.0 g/m~2組釘螺死亡率均高于實驗對照組WPN。結論 50%殺螺胺乙醇胺鹽懸浮劑具有較好的實驗室和現(xiàn)場殺螺效果,為新型高效、使用方便的滅螺藥物劑型。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy of 50% spiramine ethanolamine suspension in laboratory and field. Methods 50% ethanolamine salt suspension was used in laboratory and field to kill molluscicides, and the results were compared with those of 50% niclosamide ethanolamine salt wettable powder. Results the values of 50% ethanolamine suspension were 0.092 and 0.054 9 mg / L for 48 h and 72 h, respectively, and the mortality of snail was 100 mg / L for 24 h and 72 h for 0. 25 mg/L and 0. 25 g/m~2 / 3 d respectively, and the mortality rate of snail was 100 mg / L after indoor spraying of 0. 25 g/m~2 for 3 days. In Jiangling field, the mortality rate of snails was 96.67% except 0.5 g/m~3 for 24 h, and the mortality rate of other concentration groups was 100%. The mortality of Oncomelania hupensis in 0.5 g/m~3 and above concentration groups could reach 100 and 87.5% 92.82% and 97.40% respectively after spraying 0.5 g/m~2 for 3 days and 7 days at Jiangling site. The mortality rate of snails sprayed with 0.5 g/m~2 was 86.78% and 94.21% respectively, and the mortality rate of 1.0 g/m~2 group was higher than that of the experimental control group. Conclusion 50% spiroamine ethanolamine suspension has good efficacy in laboratory and field. It is a new effective and convenient dosage form for snail killing.
