【摘要】: 目的研究酸氧化電位水的體外殺菌效果、有機(jī)物對(duì)其殺菌效果的影響以及其在燒傷創(chuàng)面的殺菌效果;研究酸氧化電位水對(duì)體外培養(yǎng)的角質(zhì)形成細(xì)胞的影響。 方法對(duì)酸氧化電位水選擇合適的中和劑,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行體外殺菌實(shí)驗(yàn)、有機(jī)物對(duì)其的殺菌效果的影響實(shí)驗(yàn);觀察酸氧化電位水對(duì)燒傷創(chuàng)面殺菌效果;體外分離培養(yǎng)人皮膚角質(zhì)形成細(xì)胞,MTT法檢測(cè)酸氧化電位水對(duì)角質(zhì)形成細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)增殖的影響。 結(jié)果酸氧化電位水對(duì)金黃色葡萄球菌、銅綠假單胞菌和大腸桿菌的殺滅率可達(dá)99.99%以上,燒傷水泡液及五黃油可降低其殺菌效果。應(yīng)用酸氧化電位水沖洗燒傷創(chuàng)面,能有效減少創(chuàng)面殘留細(xì)菌量。人皮膚角質(zhì)形成細(xì)胞體外培養(yǎng)可快速穩(wěn)定生長(zhǎng),酸氧化電位水對(duì)其生長(zhǎng)無(wú)明顯影響。 結(jié)論酸氧化電位水殺菌效果顯著,且受有機(jī)物影響嚴(yán)重;其還能有效殺滅創(chuàng)面細(xì)菌,從而抑制創(chuàng)面細(xì)菌的生長(zhǎng);對(duì)體外培養(yǎng)的人皮膚角質(zhì)形成細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)增殖無(wú)明顯抑制作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the bactericidal effect of acid oxidized potential water in vitro, the effect of organic matter on its bactericidal efficacy and its bactericidal effect on burn wound, and to study the effect of acid oxidizing potential water on keratinocytes cultured in vitro. Methods the suitable neutralizer was selected for acid oxidizing potential water, and the bactericidal effect of organic matter on burn wound was tested in vitro, and the bactericidal effect of acid oxidizing potential water on burn wound was observed. Human skin keratinocytes were isolated and cultured in vitro. MTT assay was used to detect the effect of acid oxidizing potential water on the growth and proliferation of keratinocytes. Results the killing rate of acid oxidized potential water on Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli was over 99.99%. Acid oxidation potential water can effectively reduce the residual bacteria in burn wounds. Human skin keratinocytes could grow rapidly and stably in vitro, but acid oxidation potential water had no effect on the growth of keratinocytes. Conclusion Acid oxidizing potential water has a significant bactericidal effect and is seriously affected by organic matter. It can also effectively kill wound bacteria, thereby inhibiting the growth of wound bacteria, and has no obvious inhibitory effect on the growth and proliferation of human skin keratinocytes cultured in vitro.
