【摘要】：目的研究戊二醛測(cè)定的原理及化學(xué)反應(yīng)方程式,糾正以往文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道中不正確的理論,分析測(cè)定過(guò)程的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)及影響因素。方法根據(jù)醛類肟化反應(yīng)的性質(zhì),結(jié)合戊二醛的合成原理,合理推斷化學(xué)法測(cè)定戊二醛含量的原理及關(guān)鍵試劑的作用。結(jié)果闡述了符合化學(xué)反應(yīng)規(guī)律的測(cè)定原理并寫(xiě)出了相應(yīng)的化學(xué)反應(yīng)方程式,對(duì)反應(yīng)過(guò)程的重要環(huán)節(jié)和試劑用量進(jìn)行分析,提出了國(guó)標(biāo)方法有待改進(jìn)的測(cè)定環(huán)節(jié)。結(jié)論本理論用于消毒液中戊二醛的測(cè)定,能夠用理論指導(dǎo)實(shí)驗(yàn)操作,更好地控制測(cè)定過(guò)程的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),提高檢測(cè)效率和質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the principle and chemical reaction equation of glutaraldehyde determination, correct the incorrect theory reported in previous literature, and analyze the key links and influencing factors of the determination process. Methods according to the properties of aldehydes oximation reaction and the synthesis principle of glutaraldehyde, the principle of chemical method for determination of glutaraldehyde content and the action of key reagents were reasonably inferred. Results the determination principle according with the chemical reaction law was expounded and the corresponding chemical reaction equation was written. The important links of the reaction process and the amount of reagent were analyzed. The determination links of the national standard method to be improved were put forward. Conclusion this theory can be used for the determination of glutaraldehyde in disinfectant solution, which can guide the experimental operation, control the key links of the determination process, and improve the efficiency and quality of the determination.
