2011-2016年唐山市蠅類種群密度及多樣性分析

【摘要】:目的了解唐山市2011-2016年蠅類種群密度,季節(jié)消長及不同月份,不同生境蠅類種群多樣性特征,為有效防制蠅類提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用籠誘法5-10月監(jiān)測蠅種密度。蠅種多樣性研究采用多樣性指數(shù)、均勻度指數(shù)和優(yōu)勢度指數(shù)進行分析。結(jié)果 6年蠅監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)顯示,棕尾別麻蠅、家蠅、廄腐蠅和絲光綠蠅密度位居前4位。不同生境中以農(nóng)貿(mào)市場蠅密度最高,為6.06只/籠。蠅類季節(jié)消長呈單峰曲線,總密度高峰出現(xiàn)在7月份。從6年合計不同月份蠅類多樣性指數(shù)分析看,5月多樣性指數(shù)最高,為1.359;9月均勻度指數(shù)最高,為0.851;10月優(yōu)勢度指數(shù)最高,為0.459。從不同環(huán)境多樣性指數(shù)分析看,農(nóng)貿(mào)市場多樣性指數(shù)最高,為1.352;居民區(qū)均勻度指數(shù)最高,為0.793;綠化帶優(yōu)勢度指數(shù)最高,為0.571。結(jié)論棕尾別麻蠅為唐山市的優(yōu)勢蠅種;農(nóng)貿(mào)市場蠅種最多,蠅密度最高,是重要的蠅類孳生地;5月份蠅種最多,7月份蠅密度最高,9月份各蠅種密度最均勻。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the population diversity characteristics of flies in different habitats and different months in Tangshan City from 2011 to 2016, and to provide scientific basis for effective control of flies. Methods the density of flies was monitored by cage trapping method in May to October. Diversity index, evenness index and dominance index were used to study the species diversity of flies. Results the data of 6 years of fly monitoring showed that the density of Ephedra palmifera, Musca domestica, stables rot fly and mercerous green fly were among the top 4. In different habitats, the density of flies in farmers' market was the highest, 6.06 per cage. The seasonal fluctuation of flies showed a single peak curve, and the peak of total density appeared in July. The diversity index of flies in different months of six years was the highest (1.359) in May, the highest (0.851) in September, and the highest (0.459) in October. According to the analysis of different environmental diversity indices, the farmers' market diversity index is the highest (1.352); the residential area evenness index is the highest (0.793); and the green belt dominance index is the highest (0.571.) Conclusion the dominant fly species in Tangshan city is Elaeagnus palmifera, and the density of flies is the highest in farmers market. It is the most important breeding ground for flies in May and the highest density in July and September respectively.
