【摘要】:目的了解蕪湖市面粉廠地腳粉孳生粉螨的種類及分布情況。方法采集面粉廠不同環(huán)境(倉庫內(nèi)、磨粉間、篩粉間、院區(qū)內(nèi))地腳粉樣本,每個(gè)生境分別設(shè)5個(gè)采樣點(diǎn),每個(gè)采樣點(diǎn)采集地腳粉樣本2份,每份10g。采用直接鏡檢法分離粉螨,制備粉螨的玻片標(biāo)本,顯微鏡下直接觀察螨體形態(tài)特征和測(cè)量其大小,對(duì)螨種進(jìn)行鑒定和分類,并計(jì)算不同環(huán)境粉螨的平均孳生密度和相對(duì)豐度。結(jié)果從4種生境共采集樣本40份(重400g),分離粉螨28730只,平均孳生密度71.83只/g,其中倉庫內(nèi)的平均密度最高,為124.00只/g,院區(qū)內(nèi)的平均密度最低,為26.40只/g。其中以腐食酪螨(Tyrophagus putrescentiae)(7820只)、害嗜鱗螨(Lepidoglyphus destructor)(7220只)和粉塵螨(Dermatophagoi desfarinae)(4590只)居多。共分離鑒定出14種粉螨,隸屬于4科10屬。其中粉螨科6種,食甜螨科5種,麥?zhǔn)瞅?種,分別為粗腳粉螨(Acarus siro)、腐食酪螨(Tyrophagus putrescentiae)、長食酪螨(Tyrophagus longior)、橢圓食粉螨(Aleuroglyphus ovatus)、食蟲狹螨(Thyreophagus entomophagus)、納氏皺皮螨(Suidasia nesbitti)、家食甜螨(Glycyphagus domesticus)、隆頭食甜螨(Glycyphagus ornatus)、米氏嗜鱗螨(Lepidoglyphus michaeli)、害嗜鱗螨(Lepidoglyphus destructor)、棕脊足螨(Gohieria fuscus)、梅氏嗜霉螨(Euroglyphus maynei)、粉塵螨(Dermatophagoides farinae)和屋塵螨(Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus)。倉庫、磨粉間、篩粉間和院區(qū)內(nèi)分離粉螨種數(shù)分別為10、5、9和4種。結(jié)論蕪湖市面粉廠倉庫內(nèi)粉螨污染嚴(yán)重,應(yīng)及時(shí)清理地面殘留的面粉,減少粉螨孳生;粉螨的種類和分布與溫度、濕度、光照、粉螨的食性和人為干擾等因素密切相關(guān),且粉螨的種類和分布是多種因素綜合作用的效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the species and distribution of acaroid mites in ground powder of flour mill in Wuhu city. Methods the samples of ground foot powder in different environment (warehouse, grinding room, sieve room, hospital area) of flour mill were collected. Five sampling points were set up in each habitat, and two samples of ground foot powder were collected from each sampling site, each 10 g. Acaroid mites were isolated by direct microscopic examination, and the glass specimens of acaroid mites were prepared. The morphology and size of mites were observed and measured directly under microscope. The mites were identified and classified, and the average breeding density and relative abundance of acaroid mites in different environments were calculated. Results A total of 40 samples were collected from 4 habitats (weighing 400g / g, 28730 mites were isolated, the average breeding density was 71.83 / g), the average density in warehouse was the highest (124.00 / g), and the average density in hospital was the lowest (26.40 / g). Most of them were Tyrophagus putrescentiae)(7820, Lepidoglyphus destructor)(7220 and Dermatophagoi desfarinae)(4590. A total of 14 species of acaroid mites were isolated and identified, belonging to 4 families and 10 genera.
