【摘要】： 目的:對吉林大學中日聯(lián)誼醫(yī)院骨科疾病做出客觀的臨床分析,為科室專業(yè)化發(fā)展提供依據。 方法:回顧2004年1月至2008年12月間,本院收治的14494例住院患者的臨床資料,分析患者的年齡、性別、受傷原因,從而總結出易患因素和易感人群。 結果:其中男9720例,占67.1%;女4774例,占32.9%。骨折患者共8828例,占60.9%;椎間盤脫出的患者共1817例,占12.5%;關節(jié)脫位患者共1085例,占7.5%;余下病種包括損傷、腫瘤、炎癥、結核等共有4934例,占34.1%。 結論:我科疾病中患者最多的是骨折,其次是椎間盤脫出。男性50歲以前發(fā)生骨折人數構成比比女性多,50歲以后各年齡組女性發(fā)生骨折人數構成比均比男性多。椎間盤脫出患者男性的發(fā)病率比女性高。關節(jié)脫位患者男性的頸椎脫位發(fā)生率高;而女性在先天性髖關節(jié)脫位、髖關節(jié)脫位和腰椎脫位上的發(fā)生率比男性高。骨與關節(jié)炎癥患者女性關節(jié)炎的發(fā)病率高,男性的骨髓炎發(fā)病率高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to make objective clinical analysis of orthopaedic diseases in Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital of Jilin University. Methods: the clinical data of 14494 inpatients from January 2004 to December 2008 were reviewed, and the age, sex and cause of injury were analyzed, and the susceptible factors and susceptible population were summarized. Results: there were 9720 males (67.1%) and 4774 females (32.9%). There were 8828 patients with fracture, 1817 patients with prolapse of intervertebral disc (12.5%), 1085 patients with dislocation of joint (7.5%), 4934 patients with injury, tumor, inflammation, tuberculosis, etc. Conclusion: fracture is the most common disease in our department, followed by disc prolapse. The ratio of fracture formation before 50 years old in male was more than that in female. After 50 years old, the proportion of fracture formation in every age group was higher than that in male. The incidence of disc protrusion was higher in men than in women. The incidence of cervical dislocation was higher in men than in men, while the incidence of congenital dislocation, dislocation of hip and lumbar vertebrae in women was higher than that in men. The incidence of osteomyelitis is higher in females and males in patients with osteoarthritis.
