【摘要】:目的對(duì)2012年河南省瘧疾流行三類(lèi)縣(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)瘧疾三類(lèi)縣)專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員的瘧疾檢測(cè)能力進(jìn)行考核評(píng)估,了解其當(dāng)前的瘧原蟲(chóng)檢測(cè)能力。方法 2012年9~12月,對(duì)河南省瘧疾三類(lèi)縣(市、區(qū))疾控中心和轄區(qū)內(nèi)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)中相應(yīng)的專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行能力考核評(píng)估,考核內(nèi)容包括瘧疾相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論知識(shí)(瘧疾病原學(xué)、臨床表現(xiàn)、診斷與治療和流行病學(xué)等基礎(chǔ)知識(shí);計(jì)滿(mǎn)分100分,60分為及格)、血片制作(每位技術(shù)人員在1 h內(nèi)制作4張血片,并吉氏染色;計(jì)滿(mǎn)分40分,24分為及格)和鏡檢讀片(每位技術(shù)人員鏡檢6張標(biāo)準(zhǔn)血片,每張血片計(jì)時(shí)8 min,進(jìn)行定性和蟲(chóng)種鑒別;計(jì)滿(mǎn)分60分,36分為及格),用SSPS17.0軟件分別從技術(shù)人員的性別、年齡、職稱(chēng)、單位級(jí)別和單位類(lèi)型等方面對(duì)其成績(jī)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果共有891名專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員參加考核,成績(jī)合計(jì)平均分為162.1分,最高者200分(滿(mǎn)分),最低者96分,及格(平均120分以上)人數(shù)為871人,占97.8%。不同性別、年齡、職稱(chēng)、單位級(jí)別和單位類(lèi)型人員之間的血片制作成績(jī)差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。男性與女性技術(shù)人員間的理論成績(jī)和鏡檢成績(jī)的差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),女性技術(shù)人員的合計(jì)成績(jī)(162.97±17.64)高于男性(159.01±20.33)(P0.05)。50歲技術(shù)人員的理論成績(jī)(84.38±9.41)低于≤30歲(89.91±7.81)和31~40歲(89.96±7.74)(P0.05);50歲技術(shù)人員的鏡檢讀片成績(jī)(34.62±14.82)和合計(jì)成績(jī)(144.62±20.33)均顯著低于其他3個(gè)年齡組(≤30歲:45.75±13.58和162.50±18.90;31~40歲:46.53±12.72和163.51±17.77;41~50歲:46.22±13.38和159.80±17.32)(P0.05)。初級(jí)、中級(jí)和高級(jí)職稱(chēng)技術(shù)人員的理論成績(jī)(88.33±8.23,90.00±7.76和92.37±7.29)、鏡檢成績(jī)(44.88±13.62,46.59±12.88和49.57±11.98)和合計(jì)成績(jī)(159.61±18.37,163.81±18.03和169.15±16.38)均依次遞增,且各組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。鄉(xiāng)級(jí)、縣級(jí)和省市級(jí)技術(shù)人員的理論成績(jī)(88.28±8.30,90.84±7.32,93.54±6.10)、鏡檢成績(jī)(44.54±13.14,47.69±13.40,52.62±11.04)和合計(jì)成績(jī)(159.48±18.33,165.92±17.31,171.97±15.53)均依次遞增,且各組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。疾控中心和醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)技術(shù)人員的各項(xiàng)成績(jī)差異均較小,無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論河南省瘧疾三類(lèi)縣專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員對(duì)瘧疾診治的總體水平均衡,需加強(qiáng)對(duì)初、中級(jí)職稱(chēng)和基層醫(yī)療單位技術(shù)人員的技能培訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the malaria detection ability of professional technicians in three endemic counties (hereinafter referred to as malaria three counties) in Henan Province in 2012, and to understand the current malaria parasite detection ability.Methods from September to December, 2012, we evaluated the ability of the corresponding professional and technical personnel in the three counties (cities, districts) of Henan Province, including the basic theory knowledge of malaria (malaria etiology), and the corresponding professional and technical personnel in the medical institutions in Henan province.Clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment, epidemiology and other basic knowledge, the full score of 100 points of 60 divided into a pass, blood film production (each technician within 1 hour to make 4 blood slices, and Giesley staining;The full score of 40 points was 40% and 24 minutes were passed) and the reading films were examined by microscope (6 standard blood films were examined by each technician, each blood piece was timed for 8 mins for qualitative and insect identification, and a full score of 60 minutes or 36 minutes was divided into passing marks, respectively, according to the gender of the technician by using SSPS17.0 software.Age, title, unit level and unit type were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 891 professional and technical personnel participated in the examination, the total score was 162.1 points, the highest score was 200 points, the lowest score was 96 points, and the number of pass (average 120 points or more) was 871, accounting for 97.88aspects.There was no significant difference in blood film production between gender, age, professional title, unit grade and unit type personnel (P 0.05).There was no significant difference in theoretical scores and microscopic examination results between male and female technicians.
