2016年柳州市蚊類種群分布和蚊蟲(chóng)病毒攜帶情況調(diào)查分析

【摘要】:目的了解柳州市蚊類種群分布以及病毒攜帶情況,為蚊媒傳染病防控工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法成蚊密度監(jiān)測(cè)采用誘蚊燈法,白紋伊蚊專項(xiàng)監(jiān)測(cè)采用誘蚊誘卵器法。利用聚合酶鏈?zhǔn)椒磻?yīng)技術(shù)(Poymerase Chain Reaction,PCR)檢測(cè)方法對(duì)收集到的蚊蟲(chóng)進(jìn)行登革熱病毒、乙型腦炎病毒核酸檢測(cè)。結(jié)果柳州市2016年3-11月份共捕獲9 535只雌蚊,以致倦庫(kù)蚊為優(yōu)勢(shì)種群,占86.49%(8 247/9 535),其它依次為中華按蚊占6.50%(620/9 535)、騷擾阿蚊占4.16%(397/9 535)、白紋伊蚊占2.84%(271/9 535);成蚊密度高峰出現(xiàn)在5-6月份,8-9月份出現(xiàn)次高峰;誘蚊誘卵平均指數(shù)達(dá)20.45,公園平均指數(shù)最高25.40,花鳥(niǎo)市場(chǎng)最低6.26;共捕獲到的8 247只致倦庫(kù)蚊,用螺旋管分裝成224份標(biāo)本進(jìn)行乙型腦炎病毒核酸檢測(cè),結(jié)果顯示有9份為陽(yáng)性,陽(yáng)性率4.02%,陽(yáng)性標(biāo)本分布于牲畜棚及廢品回收站監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn);對(duì)捕獲到的271只白蚊伊蚊用螺旋管分裝成14份標(biāo)本進(jìn)行登革熱病毒核酸檢測(cè),結(jié)果均為陰性。結(jié)論柳州市蚊媒密度較高,在牲畜棚及廢品回收站等場(chǎng)所蚊媒檢出乙型腦炎病毒,存在發(fā)生蚊媒傳染病流行風(fēng)險(xiǎn),需要加強(qiáng)蚊媒傳染病綜合監(jiān)測(cè)和防控措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution of mosquito species and the status of virus carrying in Liuzhou City, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of mosquito borne infectious diseases.Methods the density of adult mosquitoes was monitored by ovitor-lamp method, and the specific monitoring of Aedes albopictus was carried out with ovitator.Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique was used to detect dengue virus and Japanese encephalitis virus nucleic acid.Results A total of 9 535 female mosquitoes were captured in Liuzhou from March to November 2016, and Culex quinquefasciatus was the dominant population.Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles albopictus, Aedes albopictus, respectively.The ovulation average index of mosquito was 20.45, the average index of park was the highest 25.40, the market of flowers and birds was the lowest 6.26.The total of 8 247 Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus were detected by nucleic acid detection of Japanese encephalitis virus with 224 specimens in helical tube, the results showed that 9 were positive.The positive rate was 4.02, the positive specimens were distributed in livestock shed and waste collection station, and 14 samples of Aedes albopictus were separated into 14 samples by helical tube, the results were all negative.Conclusion the density of mosquito vector is high in Liuzhou City. The Japanese encephalitis virus is detected by mosquito vector in livestock shed and waste recycling bin. There is a risk of epidemic of mosquito borne infectious disease. It is necessary to strengthen the comprehensive surveillance and control measures of mosquito borne infectious disease.
