【摘要】：目的了解河北地區(qū)近年來5歲及以下腹瀉患兒人類杯狀病毒(HuCV)感染狀況及流行病學(xué)特征。方法2010-2015年收集2 211份河北省哨點(diǎn)醫(yī)院5歲及以下腹瀉患兒糞便標(biāo)本,采用多重RT-PCR檢測HuCV感染情況并進(jìn)行分型(諾如GⅠ、諾如GⅡ或札如病毒),同時(shí)收集患兒流行病學(xué)資料進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2 211份糞便標(biāo)本HuCV總檢出率為19.27%(426/2211),各年份檢出率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=48.680,P0.01),呈現(xiàn)兩年一個(gè)高峰的波動(dòng)趨勢。感染者以12~17月齡占多數(shù),2歲以下患兒占總病例數(shù)的89.91%(383/426);城市患兒HuCV檢出率高于農(nóng)村(χ~2=4.222,P0.05),但性別間檢出率差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=3.467,P0.05)。每年的11月至次年4月為HuCV感染高峰期,病例數(shù)占全年總病例數(shù)的76.29%(325/426)。全年呈現(xiàn)3個(gè)HuCV檢出高峰(3月、7月和10月),不同月份病毒檢出率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=36.609,P0.01)。檢出的HuCV以NoV為主(87.32%),其中單一GⅠ感染占12.10%(45/372),單一GⅡ感染占87.90%(327/372)。另有混合感染4例。結(jié)論 HuCV為河北地區(qū)5歲以下尤其是2歲以下腹瀉患兒重要病原體之一,GⅡ型為優(yōu)勢流行株,HuCV感染高峰集中在秋冬季節(jié),但仍需嚴(yán)防夏季暴發(fā)流行。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and epidemiological characteristics of human calix virus HuCVV infection in children aged 5 years and under in Hebei province.Methods from 2010 to 2015, 2 211 fecal specimens of children aged 5 years and under in sentinel hospital of Hebei Province were collected. Multiple RT-PCR was used to detect the infection of HuCV.At the same time, the epidemiological data of children were collected and analyzed.Results the total detection rate of HuCV in 2 211 fecal specimens was 19.27% (426 / 2211), and the difference was statistically significant in each year (蠂 ~ (2 / 2) = 48.680 / (P0.01)), which showed a fluctuation trend of a peak in two years.The prevalence rate of HuCV in urban children was higher than that in rural areas (蠂 ~ (2 / 2) 4.222) (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between sexes (蠂 ~ (2 / 2) 3.467) (P 0.05).From November to April each year, HuCV infection peaks, accounting for 76.29% of the total number of cases in the year.In the whole year, there were three peaks of HuCV detection (March, July and October), and there were significant differences in the detection rate of virus in different months (蠂 ~ (2 +) ~ (36.609)) (P ~ (0.01)).The main HuCV detected was NoV 87.32, in which single G 鈪，
