北京市35~60歲女性肥胖人群流行病學(xué)特征分析

【摘要】:目的了解北京市35~60歲女性居民超重及肥胖的流行病學(xué)特征。方法采用分層整群抽樣方法抽取北京市城鄉(xiāng)35~60歲女性居民3263名進(jìn)行肥胖流行病學(xué)特征分析。調(diào)查內(nèi)容包括問卷調(diào)查和體格檢查。問卷調(diào)查主要包括被調(diào)查對(duì)象的基本信息和生活方式,基本信息包括年齡、學(xué)歷水平、職業(yè)等,生活方式包括體力活動(dòng)、煙、飲及睡眠現(xiàn)況;體格檢查為身高、體重、腰圍(WC)和臀圍(HC)。多元線性回歸分析研究女性超重和肥胖的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果北京市35~60歲女性居民超重率及肥胖率分別為38.4%和24.3%。不同BMI水平在年齡組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.0002),肥胖率在50~60歲年齡組最高(77.2%)。腹型肥胖(WHp0.8和WC80 cm)的比率隨著BMI值的增加而增高(P0.05),BMI≥28.0組腹型肥胖率最高為95.7%。低中高體力活動(dòng)以及代謝當(dāng)量存在顯著性差異(P=0.02);貧w分析結(jié)果腰臀比(WHR)是超重的危險(xiǎn)因素,高體力活動(dòng)是女性居民肥胖的保護(hù)因素,而高中及中專教育水平、腰臀比是肥胖的危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論北京市35~60歲女性居民超重及肥胖率較高,應(yīng)針對(duì)危險(xiǎn)因素加強(qiáng)對(duì)婦女超重和肥胖的干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of overweight and obesity in 35 ~ 60-year-old female residents in Beijing.Methods 3263 female residents aged from 35 to 60 years old in urban and rural areas of Beijing were selected by stratified cluster sampling to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of obesity.The survey included questionnaires and physical examination.The questionnaire survey mainly includes the basic information and lifestyle of the subjects. The basic information includes age, educational level, occupation, etc. Lifestyle includes physical activity, smoking, drinking and sleeping status.Waist circumference (WC) and hip circumference.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to study the related factors of overweight and obesity in women.Results the overweight and obesity rates were 38.4% and 24.3%, respectively.The difference of BMI level among different age groups was statistically significant. The obesity rate was the highest in the age group of 50 to 60 years old.The ratio of WHP 0.8 and WC80 cm of abdominal obesity increased with the increase of BMI value.
