【摘要】：目的了解二水二氯異氰尿酸鈉消毒片溶液對(duì)水中微生物的殺滅效果、殺菌影響因素及其毒性,并與二氯異氰尿酸鈉水消毒效果進(jìn)行比較。方法應(yīng)用定量殺菌試驗(yàn)、水消毒現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)及動(dòng)物毒性試驗(yàn)對(duì)二水二氯異氰尿酸鈉消毒片水中微生物的殺滅效果及毒性進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果二水二氯異氰尿酸鈉消毒片溶液在有效氯含量0.15 mg/L時(shí),作用2 min,有效氯含量1.5 mg/L時(shí),作用0.5 min,可使水中大腸桿菌降至0 cfu/100 ml,與二氯異氰尿酸鈉殺菌結(jié)果基本一致;水溫5℃~31℃、p H值6.5~8.5、色度15°,對(duì)有效氯含量1.5 mg/L作用30 min的殺菌效果無影響。有效氯含量1.5 mg/L作用30 min,可使游泳池水達(dá)合格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。一次最大限度試驗(yàn)對(duì)小鼠LD_(50)5 000 mg/kg·bw(2 500 mg/L有效氯),對(duì)皮膚刺激反應(yīng)積分為0,小鼠骨髓嗜多染紅細(xì)胞微核試驗(yàn)陰性。結(jié)論二水二氯異氰尿酸鈉消毒片對(duì)水中微生物具有良好的殺菌效果,且屬實(shí)際無毒、無刺激、無致突變作用,是一種較好的游泳池水消毒劑。
