【摘要】：目的觀察一種新型醫(yī)用消毒超聲耦合劑的消毒效果。方法通過現(xiàn)場消毒試驗(yàn)方法,觀察該醫(yī)用消毒超聲耦合劑對B超探頭和患者皮膚實(shí)際消毒效果。結(jié)果該消毒型耦合劑在常規(guī)B超檢查中使用,可同時有效降低B超探頭和患者皮膚上帶菌數(shù),消毒效果平均合格率分別達(dá)到90%以上和80%以上,可有效防控因超聲診療引發(fā)的醫(yī)院感染的發(fā)生。結(jié)論該消毒型超聲耦合劑實(shí)際使用中消毒效果良好,操作簡單。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the disinfection effect of a new medical disinfection ultrasonic coupling agent.Methods to observe the disinfection effect of the medical disinfection ultrasonic coupling agent on the B ultrasonic probe and the skin of the patients by the field disinfection test method.Results the combined sterilizing agent used in the routine B-ultrasound examination could effectively reduce the number of bacteria carried on the skin of both the probe and the skin of the patients. The average qualified rate of disinfection effect was over 90% and more than 80%, respectively.It can effectively prevent and control the nosocomial infection caused by ultrasonic diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion the disinfection effect of the disinfection ultrasonic coupling agent is good and the operation is simple.
