【摘要】：目的研究鑒定一種可化學(xué)顯色的聚六亞甲基單胍鹽中和劑。方法采用膠體滴定法建立聚六亞甲基單胍與聚乙烯基硫酸鉀發(fā)生反應(yīng)的直線回歸方程,并在試管中用化學(xué)指示液指示聚六亞甲基單胍與中和劑中和完全的終點(diǎn),同時(shí)用懸液定量殺菌試驗(yàn)方法對該中和劑進(jìn)行鑒定實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果甲苯胺藍(lán)指示聚乙烯基硫酸鉀中和聚六亞甲基單胍完全的終點(diǎn)明確,聚六亞甲基單胍與0.0025 mol/L聚乙烯基硫酸鉀進(jìn)行等量反應(yīng)的線性范圍為1.5~4.0 mg,線性相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.9999。經(jīng)懸液定量殺菌試驗(yàn)法鑒定證明,聚乙烯基硫酸鉀能有效中和聚六亞甲基單胍的殺菌作用,且中和劑和中和產(chǎn)物溶液對微生物的生長沒有影響。結(jié)論 0.0025 mol/L的聚乙烯基硫酸鉀可有效中和4.8 g/L以下濃度的聚六亞甲基單胍鹽的殺菌效果,并能通過指示液化學(xué)顯色指示中和反應(yīng)的終點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study and identify a chemically colored polyhexamethylene monoguanidine salt neutralizer.Methods the linear regression equation of the reaction between polyhexamethylene monoguanidine and polyvinyl potassium sulfate was established by colloidal titration, and the complete end point of neutralization between polyhexamethylene monoguanidine and neutralizer was indicated by chemical indicator in test tube.Meanwhile, suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to identify the neutralizer.Results toluidine blue indicated that the complete end point of polyhexamethylene monoguanidine neutralization was clear. The linear range of the equal reaction between polyhexamethylene monoguanidine and 0.0025 mol/L polyethylene potassium sulfate was 1.5mg and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999999.The suspension quantitative germicidal test confirmed that polythylene potassium sulfate could neutralize the bactericidal effect of polyhexamethylene monoguanidine, and neutralizer and neutralization product solution had no effect on the growth of microorganism.Conclusion 0.0025 mol/L polythylated potassium sulfate can effectively neutralize the bactericidal efficacy of polyhexamethylene monoguanidine salt with concentration below 4.8 g / L, and can indicate the end point of the neutralization reaction by chemical coloration of indicator solution.
