【摘要】：目的了解西安市屬醫(yī)院部分科室醫(yī)護(hù)人員手衛(wèi)生狀況,為全面改善醫(yī)護(hù)人員的手衛(wèi)生狀況,最大限度降低院內(nèi)經(jīng)手傳播疾病的發(fā)生提供依據(jù)。方法隨機(jī)抽取西安市屬醫(yī)院門(mén)診口腔科、內(nèi)科、外科、兒科和手術(shù)室的醫(yī)護(hù)人員,監(jiān)測(cè)其手衛(wèi)生情況,并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果 7年共采樣1 818份,合格1 328份,平均總合格率為73.05%。2006-2012年合格率分別為76.06%、76.52%、71.38%、74.50%、77.87%、68.56%和60.87%。不同科室中,手術(shù)室合格率最高,為95.03%;門(mén)診口腔科合格率最低,僅為49.13%;兒科、內(nèi)科、外科合格率分別為77.71%、65.76%和65.55%。結(jié)論西安市屬醫(yī)院醫(yī)護(hù)人員手衛(wèi)生總體合格率不高,尤其是門(mén)診口腔科醫(yī)護(hù)人員的手衛(wèi)生合格率最低。醫(yī)院感染相關(guān)管理部門(mén)應(yīng)加大指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)管力度,加強(qiáng)對(duì)醫(yī)護(hù)人員特別是門(mén)診口腔醫(yī)護(hù)人員的培訓(xùn)和管理,提高手衛(wèi)生依從性和合格率。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the hand hygiene status of medical staff in some departments of Xi'an affiliated hospital, and to provide the basis for improving the hand hygiene status of medical staff and minimizing the incidence of hand-borne diseases in hospitals.Methods Medical and nursing staff of outpatient department of stomatology, internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics and operating room were randomly selected to monitor hand hygiene, and the results were compared and analyzed.Results there were 1 818 samples and 1 328 qualified samples in 7 years. The average qualified rate was 73.05. In 2006-2012, the average qualified rate was 76.06 and 76.52 and 74.50 and 77.87 respectively. The average qualified rate was 68.56% and 60.87%, respectively.Among different departments, the qualified rate of operating room was the highest (95.03), the qualified rate of outpatient stomatology was the lowest (49.13), and the qualified rate of pediatrics, internal medicine and surgery was 77.71% and 65.55% respectively.Conclusion the overall qualified rate of hand hygiene of medical staff in Xi'an affiliated hospital is not high, especially in outpatient stomatology department.The management departments of nosocomial infection should strengthen the guidance and supervision, strengthen the training and management of the medical staff, especially the outpatients, so as to improve the compliance and qualified rate of hand hygiene.
