【摘要】：目的 了解合肥市高校大學(xué)生性知識、態(tài)度與行為現(xiàn)狀，發(fā)現(xiàn)影響學(xué)生性健康的危險因素，探討性知識、性道德與性行為之間的相互關(guān)系，為有關(guān)部門采取健康干預(yù)措施提供現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。 方法 采用現(xiàn)況調(diào)查的方法，，對合肥市4所高校3923名醫(yī)學(xué)與非醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)的大學(xué)生進行自行編制的大學(xué)生性知識、態(tài)度與行為狀況的問卷調(diào)查，運用x~2檢驗和Logistic回歸等方法分析差異、發(fā)現(xiàn)相關(guān)危險因素。 結(jié)果 本次調(diào)查的3923名大學(xué)生中，談戀愛有1473人(37.55％)，女生談戀愛比例高于男生，醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)高于非醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)，戀愛率隨年級與年齡升高而升高。大學(xué)生性知識普遍缺乏，醫(yī)學(xué)生性知識掌握程度略好于非醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生，大學(xué)生性知識主要來源于報刊、雜志與電視廣播，學(xué)校和家庭在大學(xué)生的性知識來源中比重偏低。大學(xué)生對發(fā)生婚前性行為和未婚同居的態(tài)度顯示現(xiàn)在大學(xué)生性道德觀念淡化，對待大學(xué)生婚前性行為與未婚同居多持有寬容和贊成的心態(tài)，但婚前性行為與未婚同居的態(tài)度相比，贊成比例下降，反對比例升高，進一步揭示大學(xué)生對待性問題雖有所開放，但尚未達到性自由化的程度。談戀愛的醫(yī)學(xué)生發(fā)生接吻、性愛撫和性行為的比例皆高于非醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生，談戀愛的大學(xué)生中有31.43％(463／1473)發(fā)生性行為，在首次發(fā)生性行為時，259人(55.93％)沒有采取避孕措施。發(fā)生性行為的學(xué)生中有102人(22.03％)發(fā)生過意外懷孕。平時性行為時有123人(26.56％)基本上不采用避孕措施，顯示首次性行為和平時性行為都有相當比例的大學(xué)生沒有采取必要的避孕措施，導(dǎo)致有性行為史的大學(xué)生中有22.03％的人發(fā)生過意外懷孕或使對方發(fā)生過意外懷孕。在選擇終止妊娠醫(yī)院時，34人(33.33％)選擇私人小型醫(yī)院，顯示發(fā)生意外懷孕的學(xué)生存在一定比例的不
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of sexual knowledge, attitude and behavior of college students in Hefei, to find out the risk factors affecting students' sexual health, and to explore the relationship among sexual knowledge, sexual morality and sexual behavior.To provide practical basis for relevant departments to take health intervention measures.Methods 3923 medical and non-medical college students from 4 universities in Hefei were investigated with questionnaires about their sexual knowledge, attitude and behavior.The differences were analyzed by X2 test and Logistic regression, and related risk factors were found.Results of the 3923 college students surveyed, 1473 were involved in love. The proportion of female students in love was higher than that of boys, and the medical major was higher than that of non-medical majors. The rate of love increased with the increase of grade and age.There is a general lack of sexual knowledge among college students, and the degree of sexual knowledge of medical students is slightly better than that of non-medical students. The sex knowledge of college students mainly comes from newspapers, magazines and television broadcasts, and the proportion of schools and families in the sources of sexual knowledge of college students is on the low side.The attitude of college students towards premarital sexual behavior and unmarried cohabitation shows that college students' sexual morality is desalinated, and they have a tolerant and positive attitude towards premarital sexual behavior and unmarried cohabitation.However, compared with the attitude of unmarried cohabitation, premarital sexual behavior decreased in favor ratio and increased in negative ratio, which further revealed that college students are open to sexual problems, but have not yet reached the degree of sexual liberalization.The rate of kissing, caressing and sexual behavior of medical students in love was higher than that of non-medical students.
