【摘要】：目的對2010-2012年調查日醫(yī)院感染現患率進行比較,為醫(yī)院感染的預防控制及抗菌藥物的使用提供依據。方法調查人員經統(tǒng)一培訓后,對住院患者的臨床資料采用床旁與查閱病歷相結合的方法進行調查,填寫現患率個案調查表和床旁調查表,對3年的資料進行回顧性對比分析。結果 2010-2012年現患率調查,實查率分別為99.69%、99.46%、100.00%;現患率分別為4.42%、2.19%、2.64%;感染部位以下呼吸道、泌尿道為主;抗菌藥物使用率分別是44.48%、34.97%、25.72%,治療性用藥分別為54.61%、75.78%、87.85%,預防用藥為45.39%、24.22%、12.15%,圍術期用藥占Ⅰ、Ⅱ類切口手術患者的61.11%、57.38%、47.54%,抗菌藥物治療性用藥的標本送檢率分別為58.84%、69.07%、94.68%。結論重點監(jiān)測高發(fā)科室和關鍵環(huán)節(jié),提高標本送檢率,有指征地使用抗菌藥物,是醫(yī)院感染預防控制的關鍵。
