【摘要】：目的分析張家港市境外輸入性瘧疾流行病學(xué)特征。方法收集2005-2015年張家港市瘧疾疫情資料,采用回顧性分析的方法進(jìn)行流行病學(xué)三間分布、費用、出入境方式及口岸分析。結(jié)果 2005-2015年張家港市境外輸入瘧疾中,惡性瘧16例(64%),間日瘧6例(24%),卵形瘧3例(12%);病情危重1例(4%),重8例(32%),輕16例(64%);發(fā)病時間符合圓形分布,發(fā)病高峰點較國內(nèi)感染病例早1個月,季節(jié)高峰平緩,在本市非流行季節(jié)也有發(fā)生。輸入性瘧疾病例主要來自非洲,其次是東南亞和大洋洲。結(jié)論張家港市境外輸入性瘧疾的防控在提高醫(yī)務(wù)人員瘧疾診治能力及多部門合作的基礎(chǔ)上,還需要運用信息技術(shù),提高重點人群防控的覆蓋面。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of imported malaria in Zhangjiagang city.Methods the data of malaria epidemic situation in Zhangjiagang City from 2005 to 2015 were collected and analyzed by retrospective analysis.Results from 2005 to 2015, 16 cases of falciparum malaria were imported into Zhangjiagang city, 6 cases of vivax malaria were diagnosed, 3 cases of oval malaria were diagnosed, 1 case was in critical condition, 4 cases were in critical condition, 8 cases were serious and 16 cases were light, and the onset time was consistent with circular distribution.The incidence peak was 1 month earlier than that of domestic infection cases, and the seasonal peak was gentle, which also occurred in non-epidemic season in this city.Imported malaria cases mainly come from Africa, followed by Southeast Asia and Oceania.Conclusion the prevention and control of imported malaria in Zhangjiagang city is based on improving the ability of malaria diagnosis and treatment of medical staff and multi-department cooperation. It is also necessary to use information technology to improve the coverage of prevention and control of key population.
