【摘要】：為了掌握河北省2010~2015年手足口病主要病原EV-A71的流行及分子特征,并探討EV-A71構(gòu)成情況和重癥及死亡病例的相關性,為手足口病的防控提供科學依據(jù)。采用Spearman秩相關分析方法對各月度EV-A71構(gòu)成比分別與各月份全省報告病例數(shù)、重癥病例數(shù)、死亡病例數(shù)等指標的關系進行分析,利用DNAstar軟件包和MEGA軟件分析EV-A71病毒的基因進化特征。2010年1月至2015年12月間,河北省各月份EV-A71構(gòu)成比與重癥病例數(shù)、死亡病例數(shù)、重癥率及病死率之間相關系數(shù)分別為0.31、0.38、0.57和0.45(P值均小于0.01)。河北省EV-A71分離株均屬C4a亞型。EV-A71是引起河北省大多數(shù)手足口病重癥和死亡病例的主要病原體。各月份EV-A71構(gòu)成比與手足口病重癥病例數(shù)、死亡病例數(shù)、重癥率及病死率之間存在一定正相關的關系。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the prevalence and molecular characteristics of EV-A71, the main pathogen of hand, foot and mouth disease in Hebei Province from 2010 to 2015, and to explore the relationship between EV-A71 composition and severe and death cases, the scientific basis was provided for the prevention and control of hand, foot and mouth disease.Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the monthly EV-A71 composition ratio and the number of reported cases, the number of severe cases and the number of death cases in the province in each month.DNAstar software package and MEGA software were used to analyze the gene evolution characteristics of EV-A71 virus. From January 2010 to December 2015, the ratio of EV-A71 composition to severe cases and the number of death cases in Hebei Province were analyzed.The correlation coefficient between severe disease rate and mortality were 0.31 ~ 0.38 ~ (0.57) and 0.45 ~ (-1) P < 0.01 ~ (-1) respectively.The isolates of EV-A71 in Hebei Province are all C4a subtypes. EV-A71 is the main pathogen causing the severe and death cases of HFMD in Hebei Province.There was a positive correlation between EV-A71 composition ratio and the number of severe hand, foot and mouth disease cases, the number of death cases, the severe disease rate and the fatality rate in each month.
