南昌國(guó)境口岸中華按蚊氟氯氰菊酯抗藥性及其機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:目的了解南昌昌北國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)中華按蚊的氟氯氰菊酯抗藥性,初步探索其產(chǎn)生機(jī)制。方法應(yīng)用WHO成蚊生測(cè)法檢測(cè)當(dāng)?shù)刂腥A按蚊抗藥性水平,將生測(cè)過(guò)程中即將死亡蚊蟲(chóng)歸為敏感蚊,存活蚊蟲(chóng)歸為抗性蚊,檢測(cè)并比較兩組蚊蟲(chóng)P450單加氧酶、谷胱甘肽巰基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(GST)活性;同時(shí)記錄每只敏感蚊生測(cè)死亡時(shí)間,對(duì)生測(cè)死亡時(shí)間與P450單加氧酶、GST活性進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果當(dāng)?shù)刂腥A按蚊生測(cè)死亡率為59.5%;抗性蚊、敏感蚊、實(shí)驗(yàn)室敏感蚊的P450單加氧酶活性差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F=151.89,P0.01),其中抗性蚊敏感蚊實(shí)驗(yàn)室敏感蚊;但三者GST活性差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F=0.72,P0.05);蚊蟲(chóng)生測(cè)死亡時(shí)間與P450單加氧酶活性呈正相關(guān)性,相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.88,回歸方程為y=79.479+1.512x;生測(cè)死亡時(shí)間與GST活性不具有相關(guān)性。結(jié)論南昌昌北國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)中華按蚊對(duì)氟氯氰菊酯已產(chǎn)生抗藥性,P450單加氧酶活性增強(qiáng)可能是其抗藥性產(chǎn)生的機(jī)制之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the resistance of Anopheles sinensis to cypermethrin in Nanchang North International Airport and to explore its mechanism.Methods the resistance of Anopheles sinensis (Anopheles sinensis) was detected by WHO bioassay. The dead mosquitoes were classified as sensitive mosquitoes and the surviving mosquitoes were classified as resistant mosquitoes. The P450 monooxygenase was detected and compared between the two groups.The activity of glutathione mercaptotransferase (GST) and the biological death time of each sensitive mosquito were recorded and the correlation analysis was carried out between the GST activity of P450 monooxygenase and that of P450 monooxygenase.Results the mortality rate of Anopheles sinensis was 59.5. The difference of P450 monooxygenase activity among resistant mosquitoes, sensitive mosquitoes and laboratory sensitive mosquitoes was statistically significant.However, there was no significant difference in GST activity among the three groups, and there was a positive correlation between the death time of mosquitoes and P450 monooxygenase activity, the correlation coefficient was 0.88, and the regression equation was YJ79.479 1.512x.There was no correlation between the bioassay death time and the activity of GST.Conclusion the increase of P450 monooxygenase activity of Anopheles sinensis in Nanchang North International Airport may be one of the mechanisms of its resistance to cypermethrin.
