【摘要】：目的了解大連市各級(jí)醫(yī)院消毒與滅菌質(zhì)量,為控制醫(yī)院感染提供依據(jù)。方法采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)抽樣檢測(cè)方法,對(duì)醫(yī)院不同對(duì)象的消毒與滅菌效果進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。結(jié)果 2009-2012年連續(xù)4年共采樣2 501份,平均總合格率為86.17%。不同監(jiān)測(cè)對(duì)象中,使用中消毒劑、滅菌物品和壓力蒸汽滅菌器滅菌效果合格率均為100.00%,物體表面、醫(yī)務(wù)人員手和室內(nèi)空氣合格率分別為90.03%、78.50%和76.76%。結(jié)論各級(jí)醫(yī)院消毒與滅菌質(zhì)量合格率總體不高,醫(yī)院物體表面、醫(yī)務(wù)人員手和室內(nèi)空氣合格率較低,消毒與滅菌質(zhì)量還有待提高。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the quality of disinfection and sterilization in hospitals at all levels in Dalian, and to provide evidence for the control of nosocomial infection.Methods the disinfection and sterilization effects of different objects in hospital were detected by field sampling method.Results from 2009 to 2012, 2 501 samples were collected for 4 consecutive years, and the average qualified rate was 86.17.The eligible rates of disinfectants in use, sterilizing articles and pressure steam sterilizers were 100.00. the qualified rates of object surfaces, hands and indoor air of medical workers were 90.03% and 76.76%, respectively.Conclusion the qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization in hospitals at all levels is not high on the whole, the qualified rate of hospital object surface, medical staff hand and indoor air is low, and the quality of disinfection and sterilization needs to be improved.
