【摘要】：研究目的 通過(guò)對(duì)武漢地區(qū)藝術(shù)類高校大學(xué)生開展生殖健康教育講座及構(gòu)建避孕節(jié)育網(wǎng)站等干預(yù)活動(dòng),達(dá)到促進(jìn)藝術(shù)類高校大學(xué)生生殖健康,探索適合的生殖健康干預(yù)模式的的目的。研究各類干預(yù)措施對(duì)該類高校學(xué)生生殖健康相關(guān)知識(shí)的認(rèn)知情況、性觀念、性態(tài)度及性行為的影響,以評(píng)價(jià)生殖健康干預(yù)措施的效果,為今后探索適合藝術(shù)類高校大學(xué)生的生殖健康干預(yù)模式提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 研究方法 采用多階段抽樣的方法,在某藝術(shù)類院校大一至大三的各個(gè)年級(jí)隨機(jī)抽取4～5個(gè)班級(jí),抽到班級(jí)的全部學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行生殖健康相關(guān)知識(shí)、態(tài)度及行為現(xiàn)況調(diào)查。然后對(duì)研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行為期6個(gè)月的生殖健康干預(yù),干預(yù)內(nèi)容包括:生殖健康講座和網(wǎng)絡(luò)途徑。干預(yù)結(jié)束后,對(duì)基線所抽取的全部研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行終期調(diào)查,通過(guò)對(duì)干預(yù)前后2次問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的比較,評(píng)價(jià)生殖健康干預(yù)的效果。 研究結(jié)果 基線調(diào)查時(shí),藝術(shù)類院校大學(xué)生對(duì)避孕相關(guān)知識(shí)了解程度較低,對(duì)口服避孕藥副作用及緊急避孕方法僅有0.6%和1.5%的人回答正確。19.0%男生自述發(fā)生過(guò)性行為,明顯高于女性的6.9%。干預(yù)結(jié)束后的調(diào)查表明,73.9%的大學(xué)生知道學(xué)校開展了生殖健康講座,其中女生多于男生。只有29.4%的講座參加者認(rèn)為講座滿足了其對(duì)生殖健康知識(shí)的需求。研究對(duì)象中,瀏覽過(guò)避孕節(jié)育網(wǎng)站的比例為10.6%,男生高于女生。其中,86.4%的瀏覽者是有需要才去瀏覽。干預(yù)后,大學(xué)生生殖健康知識(shí)、態(tài)度得分均有所提高,但是對(duì)避孕相關(guān)知識(shí)的正確率依然在3.0%以下,半年內(nèi)發(fā)生性行為的人數(shù)比干預(yù)前有所下降。男生在性伙伴發(fā)生意外妊娠后選擇去醫(yī)院進(jìn)行人工流產(chǎn)的比例明顯上升。藝術(shù)類院校大學(xué)生獲得避孕藥具的主要途徑前三位分別是藥店、超市和自動(dòng)售賣機(jī)。對(duì)于發(fā)生性行為不避孕的原因,40.1%的被調(diào)查者認(rèn)為偶爾發(fā)生性行為不會(huì)懷孕,除這個(gè)原因外,男生中認(rèn)為避孕麻煩的較多,而女生擔(dān)心避孕藥有副反應(yīng)的居多。大學(xué)生獲得性知識(shí)的主要途徑是大眾媒體,而他們希望獲得生殖健康知識(shí)的途徑除了大眾媒體外,還有課程教育。最希望的生殖健康教育方式是講座形式。60.6%的人希望大一就接受生殖健康教育。 研究結(jié)論 基線調(diào)查表明,藝術(shù)類院校大學(xué)生的生殖健康知識(shí)缺乏,該人群迫切需要生殖健康教育。干預(yù)后結(jié)果表明,對(duì)藝術(shù)類院校大學(xué)生進(jìn)行以講座為主的生殖健康干預(yù)是行之有效的,干預(yù)對(duì)大學(xué)生生殖健康知識(shí)、態(tài)度、行為起到了正面的積極的作用。但是,大部分學(xué)生認(rèn)為為期6個(gè)月的講座干預(yù)并不能完全滿足其對(duì)避孕節(jié)育知識(shí)的需求,希望今后多開展此類講座。因此,大學(xué)生需要更為長(zhǎng)期的、持續(xù)的避孕節(jié)育與生殖健康干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:research objective
Through lectures of reproductive health education and the construction of the website of contraceptive interventions in Wuhan art college students to carry out, to promote the art college students reproductive health, to explore suitable reproductive health intervention mode. The purpose of research of interventions on the college students' reproductive health related knowledge, attitudes, influence attitude and behavior, in order to evaluate the reproductive health intervention measures, provide scientific basis for future exploration for reproductive health intervention for art college students.
research method
Using multistage sampling method, in an art college to a third of each grade were randomly selected 4~5 classes, all students in the class to pump as the research object, reproductive health related knowledge, attitude and behavior survey. Then the reproductive health intervention for 6 months of study, intervention including: reproductive health lectures and Internet way. After the intervention, the baseline of the study, all the final investigation, through the comparison of 2 questionnaires before and after the intervention of the evaluation of the effect of reproductive health intervention.
Research results
At baseline, art college students on contraceptive knowledge level is low, the side effects of oral contraceptives and emergency contraception only 0.6% and 1.5% of people answered correctly.19.0% boys readme sex, female intervention was significantly higher than that of 6.9%. after the end of the survey, 73.9% of the students knew the school to carry out reproductive health the lecture, the girls than boys. Only 29.4% of the participants believe that the lectures lectures meet the demands of reproductive health knowledge. The research object, browse contraceptive website for 10.6% of the proportion of boys to girls. Among them, 86.4% of the visitors need to browse. After the intervention, students' reproductive health knowledge attitude scores were improved, but the correct rate of contraceptive knowledge is still below 3%, the incidence of sexual behaviors in the first half of a decrease in the number than before the intervention of male students in. Partners were pregnant after choosing to go to the hospital for abortion increased obviously. The top three are pharmacies main ways of art college students get contraceptives, supermarket and vending machines. For reasons not contraceptive sexual behavior, 40.1% of respondents believe that occasional sex is not pregnant, except for this reason boys, that contraception was inconvenient while girls worried about side effects of the contraceptives. The main way for college students to obtain the knowledge of the mass media, and they want access to reproductive health knowledge in addition to mass media, and education. The reproductive health education the hope is that people want large lecture form.60.6% a receiving reproductive health education.
research conclusion
The baseline survey showed that art college students lack the knowledge of reproductive health, the people in urgent need of reproductive health education intervention. The results show that the reproductive health intervention by lecture on art college students is an effective intervention on College Students' attitude, reproductive health knowledge, behavior played a positive role. But most of the students think, lecture intervention for 6 months and can not fully meet the needs of contraceptive knowledge, hope in the future to carry out such lectures. Therefore, college students need more long-term, contraceptive and reproductive health intervention.
