【摘要】：目的分析我國2014年至2016年手足口病發(fā)病的季節(jié)性特點,為制定相應的疾病防治措施提供參考。方法利用國家疾病控制機構公布的手足口病疫情數(shù)據(jù),通過圓形分布法,分析疾病的發(fā)病高峰,并進行Rayleigh檢驗,確定其季節(jié)聚集性特點。結果手足口病的發(fā)病存在明顯的季節(jié)性特征,每年的春末夏初是疾病的高發(fā)季節(jié),高峰時點在5~6月份。秋冬季節(jié)的第二發(fā)病高峰不明顯。結論衛(wèi)生主管部門應在疾病高峰期及前期做好疾病的預防、治療和控制工作的安排。積極開展各項綜合防控工作,有效降低手足口病的發(fā)病率。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the seasonal characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in China from 2014 to 2016, and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of HFMD. Methods the data of HFMD epidemic situation published by the National Disease Control Agency were analyzed by circular distribution method. Results the incidence of hand, foot and mouth disease has obvious seasonal characteristics, and early spring and early summer is the high incidence season of the disease. The peak time is in May and June. The second peak in autumn and winter season is not obvious. Conclusion the health department should arrange the prevention, treatment and control of the disease during the peak period and early stage of the disease, and actively carry out the comprehensive prevention and control work. Effectively reduce the incidence of hand, foot and mouth disease.
