【摘要】：目的建立一種藤氏藍(lán)阻抑光度法,用于測定消毒劑中的有效氯。方法采用分光光度計(jì)方法,利用活性氯在酸性環(huán)境與Fe(Ⅱ)-鐵氰化鉀顯色反應(yīng)原理,建立藤氏藍(lán)阻抑光度法測定消毒劑中有效氯。結(jié)果應(yīng)用新建立的方法在吸收波長為720 nm,有效氯質(zhì)量濃度在0.15~3.5μg/ml范圍呈現(xiàn)良好的線性關(guān)系。線性回歸方程△A=0.02+0.2268ρ(μg/ml),相關(guān)系數(shù)R=0.9969,檢出限為0.13μg/ml。結(jié)論采用本研究建立的方法,用于含氯消毒劑中有效氯測定,分析結(jié)果滿意。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish an inhibitory spectrophotometric method for the determination of available chlorine in disinfectants. A new method was established for the determination of available chlorine in disinfectants. Results the linear relationship between available chlorine concentration and absorptivity wavelength was 720nm, and the concentration of available chlorine was in the range of 0.15 渭 g/ml. The linear regression equation A0.02 0.2268 蟻 (渭 g / ml, correlation) was established for the determination of available chlorine in disinfectants. The detection limit was 0.13 渭 g / ml. It has been applied to the determination of available chlorine in chlorine disinfectant with satisfactory results.
