【摘要】：目的比較三種清洗方法對(duì)鼻圈套器械的清洗效果。方法將手術(shù)后回收的鼻圈套器械分為三組,分別采用全機(jī)械清洗、全手工清洗、機(jī)械清洗+手工清洗的方法進(jìn)行清洗,比較清洗效果。結(jié)果機(jī)械清洗+手工清洗的方法清洗質(zhì)量最好,全手工清洗的方法其次,全機(jī)械清洗的方法合格率最低。結(jié)論對(duì)于結(jié)構(gòu)較復(fù)雜的鼻圈套器械,采用初步?jīng)_洗、超聲清洗、手工刷洗、全自動(dòng)噴淋清洗的方法進(jìn)行清洗消毒,能達(dá)到較好的清洗效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the cleaning effect of three kinds of cleaning methods on nasal snare instruments. Methods the nasal snare instruments recovered after operation were divided into three groups: total mechanical cleaning, full manual cleaning, mechanical cleaning and manual cleaning. Results the method of mechanical cleaning and manual cleaning had the best cleaning quality, the total manual cleaning method was the second, and the whole mechanical cleaning method had the lowest qualified rate. Ultrasonic cleaning, manual washing and automatic spray cleaning can achieve better cleaning effect.
