【摘要】：目的了解海口市常規(guī)免疫接種率監(jiān)測(cè)情況,評(píng)價(jià)報(bào)告接種率的可信性。方法對(duì)2011-2014年常規(guī)免疫報(bào)告接種率監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果,使用D值法、R值法、脫漏率以及與調(diào)查接種率比較法對(duì)報(bào)告接種率的可靠性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果 2011-2014年報(bào)告接種率和調(diào)查接種率較高,均達(dá)到95%以上,但與估算接種率有差距,估算接種率在84.4%~123.8%之間;D值和R值對(duì)報(bào)告接種率進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)為2011年不可信,2012、2013年均可信,2014年可疑;2013年的OPV和2014年的Hep B脫漏率均超過10%;報(bào)告接種率與調(diào)查接種率的比較,62.50%的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論�？谑谐Ｒ�(guī)免疫接種率監(jiān)測(cè)質(zhì)量有待進(jìn)一步提高,流動(dòng)兒童接種管理是穩(wěn)定和提高該市常規(guī)免疫接種率監(jiān)測(cè)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the surveillance of routine immunization coverage in Haikou City and evaluate the credibility of the report. Methods the D value method and R value method were used to monitor the results of routine immunization coverage from 2011 to 2014. The reliability of the reported coverage rate was evaluated by comparison of the leak removal rate and the coverage rate with the investigation. Results the reported coverage rate and the survey coverage rate in 2011-2014 were higher, reaching more than 95%, but there was a gap between the reported coverage rate and the estimated coverage rate. The estimated coverage rate was between 84.4% and 123.8%. The reported coverage rate was evaluated synthetically by D value and R value. The results showed that 2011 was not credible, and 2014 was suspicious. Both OPV and Hep B in 2013 were more than 10 percent. The reported coverage rate and investigation coverage rate were more than 10 percent. Conclusion the quality of routine immunization coverage in Haikou City needs to be further improved. The inoculation management of floating children is the key to stabilize and improve the quality of routine immunization coverage in the city.
