【摘要】：目的探討我國新發(fā)顎口線蟲病的流行病學(xué)、臨床表現(xiàn)等特征。方法回顧性分析2009—2011年間16例新發(fā)顎口線蟲病的相關(guān)資料。結(jié)果 16例病人中,女性11例,男性5例,年齡27~68歲,中位年齡48歲;68.8%(11/16)病人有食生的或半生淡水魚史。臨床表現(xiàn)以移走性皮下包塊、匍行疹、皮疹等為主,43.8%(7/16)病人外周血嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞異常增高。16例病人血清用金標(biāo)免疫滲濾法檢測(cè)特異性IgG抗體均陽性,用免疫印跡檢測(cè)5例(31.2%)陽性;病程2周~3年不等,平均12個(gè)月;11例病人口服伊維菌素和/或阿苯達(dá)唑治療,10例完全治愈。結(jié)論生食或半生食泥鰍等淡水魚導(dǎo)致顎口線蟲病病例明顯上升;該病容易誤診、漏診,血清學(xué)檢測(cè)是臨床上必不可少的輔助診斷工具;伊維菌素、阿苯達(dá)唑治療顎口線蟲病具有較好療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemiological and clinical features of newly diagnosed maxillary nematode disease in China. Methods the data of 16 patients with newly diagnosed maxillary nematode from 2009 to 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results among the 16 patients, 11 were female and 5 were male, aged 2768 years. The median age of 48 years was 68. 8% and 11 / 16) the patient had a history of fresh or semi-born freshwater fish. The clinical manifestations were as follows: removal of subcutaneous mass, creeping rash, Peripheral eosinophilic granulocytes were abnormally elevated in 16 patients. The serum of 16 patients was positive for specific IgG antibodies by gold labeled immunofiltration, and 5 patients were positive by Western blotting. An average of 11 patients were treated with ivermectin and / or albendazole for 12 months, 10 patients were cured completely. Conclusion fresh fish such as raw or semi raw feeding Loach lead to a significant increase in cases of maxillary nematode disease, the disease is easy to be misdiagnosed and missed diagnosis. Serological examination is an indispensable tool for clinical diagnosis, and ivermectin and albendazole are effective in the treatment of maxillary nematode disease.
