【摘要】：目的探討神經(jīng)內(nèi)科醫(yī)院感染的發(fā)生率及相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素,以期為神經(jīng)內(nèi)科醫(yī)院感染的預(yù)防控制提供參考。方法回顧性分析2011年1月-2013年8月673例住院患者臨床資料,分析醫(yī)院感染率及引起感染的危險(xiǎn)因素,采用SPSS16.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 673例患者中發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染共47例,感染率為6.98%;最常見(jiàn)感染部位依次為呼吸道、泌尿道、皮膚軟組織、胃腸道分別占42.55%、23.40%、14.89%、10.64%;年齡≥65歲、春秋冬季、合并≥2種基礎(chǔ)疾病、意識(shí)昏迷、有吸煙史、機(jī)械通氣、留置導(dǎo)尿、氣管切開(kāi)、預(yù)防使用抗菌藥物、住院時(shí)間≥15d、腦梗死及腦出血患者醫(yī)院感染率分別為9.54%、7.98%、8.28%、12.62%、9.91%、8.96%、10.49%、8.45%、8.23%、8.52%、8.16%、8.76%,明顯高于無(wú)以上情況患者醫(yī)院感染率(P0.05)。結(jié)論神經(jīng)內(nèi)科患者醫(yī)院感染發(fā)生率高,以呼吸道及泌尿道感染最常見(jiàn),引起醫(yī)院感染發(fā)生的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素較多,在對(duì)患者診治時(shí)要針對(duì)性對(duì)可能引起醫(yī)院感染的危險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行干預(yù)以降低患者醫(yī)院感染發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence and risk factors of nosocomial infection in neurology department, so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in neurology department. Methods the clinical data of 673 inpatients from January 2011 to August 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. The nosocomial infection rate and its risk factors were analyzed, and the data were analyzed by SPSS16.0 software. Results there were 47 cases of nosocomial infection in 673 patients, the infection rate was 6.98, the most common infection sites were respiratory tract, urinary tract, urinary tract, urinary tract, urinary tract, urinary tract, urinary tract, urinary tract and urinary tract.
