【摘要】：目的掌握蘭州市流行性腮腺炎流行病學(xué)特征,為制定針對(duì)性防治措施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用描述流行病學(xué)方法,對(duì)蘭州市2004-2012年流行性腮腺炎疫情資料進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果 2004-2012年流行性腮腺炎平均報(bào)告發(fā)病率38.85/10萬,2012年最高達(dá)81.16/10萬,發(fā)病季節(jié)表現(xiàn)為春末夏初、冬季兩個(gè)發(fā)病高峰,15歲以下年齡組報(bào)告病例數(shù)最多,占總病例數(shù)的83.97%。結(jié)論近年來,流行性腮腺炎發(fā)病呈現(xiàn)逐年上升趨勢,應(yīng)繼續(xù)探索新的MMR免疫接種策略,提高高發(fā)人群腮腺炎疫苗接種率,減少發(fā)病數(shù);加大各級(jí)學(xué)校流行性腮腺炎疫情監(jiān)測力度,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)疫情并采取應(yīng)急接種措施,控制疫情暴發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the epidemiological characteristics of epidemic mumps in Lanzhou City, and to provide scientific basis for the establishment of targeted prevention and control measures. The data of epidemic situation of mumps in Lanzhou from 2004 to 2012 were compared and analyzed. Results the average reported incidence of mumps in 2004-2012 was 38.85 / 10 million, and in 2012 the highest was 811.6 / 100, 000. The onset season was late spring and early summer. In winter, the number of reported cases in the two groups under 15 years old was the most, accounting for 83.97% of the total cases. Conclusion in recent years, the incidence of mumps has been increasing year by year, so we should continue to explore new MMR immunization strategies. To increase the coverage rate of mumps vaccine and reduce the incidence of mumps, to increase the surveillance of mumps in schools at all levels, to detect the epidemic situation in time and to take emergency inoculation measures to control the outbreak.
