【摘要】：目的分析江蘇省鎮(zhèn)江市2004-2015年病毒性肝炎報(bào)告病例的流行特征,為開展防控工作提供理論依據(jù)。方法從中國疾病預(yù)防控制信息系統(tǒng)中收集2004-2015年鎮(zhèn)江市病毒性肝炎病例監(jiān)測(cè)資料進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2004-2015年鎮(zhèn)江市累計(jì)報(bào)告肝炎病例14361例,死亡病例7例,病死率0.02/10萬,年報(bào)告發(fā)病率介于15.48~94.29/10萬,發(fā)病率呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢(shì);累計(jì)病例數(shù)中男性發(fā)病數(shù)為9469例(65.94%),女性發(fā)病數(shù)4892例(34.06%),不同性別間發(fā)病率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(x~2=1300.39,P0.001);0歲~、15歲~、30歲~、45歲~、60歲~、75歲~年齡組肝炎病例數(shù)分別為228例(1.59%)、2770例(19.29%)、4422例(30.79%)、4396例(30.61%)、2101例(14.63%)、444例(3.09%);職業(yè)分布上農(nóng)民報(bào)告病例累計(jì)5847例,占40.71%;肝炎分型以乙肝與戊肝為主,分別為6338例(44.13%)、3458例(24.08%)。結(jié)論提高醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)病例報(bào)告的質(zhì)量,加強(qiáng)對(duì)病毒性肝炎的監(jiān)測(cè)工作并規(guī)范病例報(bào)告,以預(yù)防和控制肝炎的流行。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic characteristics of reported cases of viral hepatitis in Zhenjiang City Jiangsu Province from 2004 to 2015. Methods the surveillance data of viral hepatitis cases from 2004 to 2015 in Zhenjiang City were collected and analyzed. Results 14361 cases of hepatitis were reported in Zhenjiang City from 2004 to 2015. There were 7 cases of death, the mortality rate was 0.02 / 100 000, the annual reported incidence rate was between 15.48 ~ 94.29 / 100, 000, the incidence rate showed a downward trend. Of the total cases, 9469 cases occurred in males and 4 892 cases in females, respectively. There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of hepatitis between males and females. There were significant differences in the incidence of hepatitis between males and females. There were significant differences in the incidence between males and females. The number of cases of hepatitis in the 75 ~ age group aged from 30 to 60 years of age at the age of 15 years or 30 years of age were 228 cases of hepatitis in the age group of 75 years and 60 years of age, respectively: 228 cases, including 2 770 cases or 19. 2929496 cases of hepatitis in the age group of 30 years old or 60 years of age, respectively. 30.61A total of 2101 cases (14.630.44 / 444) were involved, and a total of 5847 cases were reported by farmers in terms of occupational distribution. The main types of hepatitis were hepatitis B and hepatitis E, which were 6338 cases (44.13 cases) and 3458 cases (24.08%), respectively. Conclusion the quality of medical institutions' case reports should be improved, the monitoring of viral hepatitis should be strengthened and the case reports should be standardized in order to prevent and control the prevalence of hepatitis.
