【摘要】：目的了解上海市徐匯區(qū)兒童輪狀病毒疫苗接種現(xiàn)狀,為優(yōu)化兒童輪狀病毒疫苗免疫策略提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法對(duì)《上海免疫規(guī)劃信息系統(tǒng)(SIPIS)》中登記在冊(cè)的徐匯區(qū)2008-2011年出生的兒童接種信息,運(yùn)用SPSS12.0軟件進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和χ2檢驗(yàn),描述輪狀病毒疫苗接種特征。結(jié)果上海市徐匯區(qū)出生年份為2008-2011年登記在冊(cè)的兒童共計(jì)31 114人,輪狀病毒疫苗接種率為41.14%,及時(shí)接種率(首針在2月齡~6月齡接種)為8.51%。在已接種輪狀病毒疫苗兒童中,接種1劑、2劑和3劑輪狀病毒疫苗兒童所占比例分別為58.75%、32.71%和8.54%。本市兒童輪狀病毒疫苗接種率低于外來(lái)兒童輪狀病毒疫苗接種率(χ2=1374.05,P0.05);不同出生年份兒童輪狀病毒疫苗接種率具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(χ2=1879.21,P0.05);中心城區(qū)輪狀病毒疫苗接種率低于城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部接種率(χ2=1286.19,P0.05)。結(jié)論上海市徐匯區(qū)2008-2011年出生兒童輪狀病毒疫苗接種覆蓋率低,全程免疫的比例低,且及時(shí)接種率低。徐匯區(qū)需開(kāi)展有針對(duì)性的宣傳、培訓(xùn)工作,規(guī)范輪狀病毒疫苗接種,以提高疫苗接種率,有效降低兒童輪狀病毒感染的危害。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of rotavirus vaccination in children in Xuhui District of Shanghai. Methods the inoculation information of children born in Xuhui District from 2008 to 2011 in Shanghai Immunization Planning Information system (SIPIS) was analyzed and analyzed by SPSS12.0 software. Results the year of birth in Xuhui District of Shanghai was 31,114 children registered from 2008 to 2011. The rotavirus vaccine coverage rate was 41.14 and the timely vaccination rate (the first shot was inoculated at the age of 2 months and 6 months) was 8.51.In the children who had been vaccinated with rotavirus vaccine, The proportion of children inoculated with 1 dose of rotavirus vaccine was 58.75% and that of children with 3 doses of rotavirus vaccine was 32.71% and 8.54 respectively. The rate of rotavirus vaccination in children in this city was lower than that in foreign children (蠂 ~ 2 ~ (2) 1374.05% P _ (0.05)) and that of children in different years of birth was lower than that of children with rotavirus vaccine of different birth years. The inoculation rate of rotavirus vaccine in central urban area was lower than that in urban and rural areas (蠂 2 1286.19 P 0.05). Conclusion the coverage rate of rotavirus vaccine for children born in Xuhui District of Shanghai from 2008-2011 to 2008 was low, and the vaccination rate of rotavirus vaccine in urban and rural areas was lower than that in urban and rural areas. The proportion of whole immunization is low, and the rate of timely vaccination is low. In Xuhui District, it is necessary to carry out targeted propaganda and training work, standardize rotavirus vaccination, so as to increase the vaccination rate and effectively reduce the harm of rotavirus infection in children.
