【摘要】：目的:探討低出生體重發(fā)生的有關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素,為降低LBW率及干預(yù)提供科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)。方法:對云南1989~2011年10個(gè)州市22個(gè)縣市中的14個(gè)縣級婦幼保健院、3家省級醫(yī)院的現(xiàn)場調(diào)查及住院分娩資料進(jìn)行交互作用分析、Meta分析及Logistic逐步回歸分析。結(jié)果:1流行病學(xué)特征:10個(gè)地區(qū)存在一定差異,LBW發(fā)生率最高為德宏州7.7%,最低為紅河州2.6%,年齡越小LBW率越高;1989~2011年住院分娩兒LBW發(fā)生率呈逐年下降趨勢,從1989年的12.3%下降至2011年的5.3%。2LBW的危險(xiǎn)因素與父母年齡、身高、孕周有關(guān),母親年齡與孕周有相乘交互作用;Meta分析孕周37周、產(chǎn)婦年齡20歲或35歲、產(chǎn)次與孕次≥3次合并效應(yīng)量OR95%CI的下限均"1",表明這些因素都是LBW兒的危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論:LBW率隨時(shí)間的推移而降低,產(chǎn)婦年齡、母親身高、孕周對LBW的影響關(guān)系密切。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the risk factors related to low birth weight, in order to reduce the rate of LBW and provide scientific data for intervention. Methods: 14 county-level maternal and Child Health Hospital of 22 counties of Yunnan city in 10 years 1989~2011, 3 provincial hospitals and maternity hospital survey data interaction analysis, Meta analysis and Logistic the stepwise regression analysis. Results: 1 epidemiological characteristics: there are certain differences between the 10 regions, the incidence of LBW was highest in Dehong in 7.7%, the lowest in Honghe Prefecture 2.6%, the younger the LBW rate is high; perinatal LBW incidence decreased year by year in 1989~2011 years, from 1989 to 2011 12.3% decreased risk of 5.3%.2LBW factors associated with parental age, height, gestational age, maternal age and gestational weeks of multiplicative interaction; Meta analysis of 37 weeks of gestation, maternal age of 20 years or 35 years of age, parity and pregnancy is more than 3 times the combined effect of the amount of the lower bound of the OR95%CI were 1", The results showed that these factors were all risk factors for LBW. Conclusion: the rate of LBW decreased with the passage of time. The maternal age, mother's height, and pregnancy week had a close relationship with LBW.
